I was in a difficult situation. From Los Angeles, I was looking after (as power of attorney) the affairs of a long-time friend who recently moved from her home to a skilled nursing facility in Albuquerque NM. I in order to pay for her care, I needed to quickly remove important items from her home and to sell the property. I contacted Freedom Cash, among a number of other services. Freedom Cash and its representative, Leighton Davis, were the first to respond. After a brief negotiation, we settled on an "as is" cash sale price. I was in Albuquerque to be at the property when several partners of Freedom Cash came to view and estimate the property. Soon after, one of the partners acted, and the property was sold. The local title company, Old Republic, handled the sale and transfer of funds expeditiously. In the space of seven weeks, the property was delivered to the new owner, and funds were delivered into my friend's bank account to pay for her care. I couldn't have asked for more professional service. I highly recommend Freedom Cash to others who are dealing with an exceptional situation.

First I want to start out by saying if you are worried about getting scammed, worry no more.
With Freedom cash home buyers you need not to worry.
I went through Better business bureau and they contacted Freedom cash home buyers. In approximately a half hour Jeremy From Freedom Cash Home Buyers contacted me.
Jeremy discussed my expectations of Freedom Home Cash Buyers .
Jeremy also discussed with me my needs and made sure I was comfortable selling my house.
Once Jeremy made sure i was comfortable with selling my house we discussed my circumstances.
It was apparent that Freedom cash home buyers were concerned about my situation and needs over profit and money.
Once Freedom and I were comfortable with each other we then negotiated on price. After agreeing on a very very fair Offer.
Jeremy then put me in touch With Catalina from Freedom Cash Home buyers.
Catalina also wanted to make sure I was comfortable in finalizing the sale of My Home.
