Joe and the team did a phenomenal job identifying and removing the mold in my house. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in explaining everything and got the job done efficiently, effectively, and for a reasonable cost. He was extremely thorough, cared about us, and the results were excellent. We got the air ducts cleaned as well and can already feel the difference. Joe even helped us in finding another contractor to help with the rebuild portion. We highly recommend Pure Maintenance!

Joe was great, he came in with a smile on his face and was very talkative he even gave my son Pokémon cards that lit up his face. He did a deep cleaning to insure that there was no mold left. Thank you Joe!!

I cannot possibly give a higher recommendation for Joe Yablonsky at Pure Maintenance Daytona for mold remediation. Such an absolute blessing to have his help to remove the extensive mold damage in my home. Not only is he thorough, detail oriented, knowledgeable, and an excellent problem solver, he is kind, polite, thoughtful, friendly and gracious.

I previously endured a terrible outcome with a previous remediation company. So poorly remediated the mold testing company said it was the worst job he’d ever seen. I hired Joe to fix the work from the previous company. Testing confirmed what I suspected, that Joe and his team did a wonderful job in that area. So we have moved onto two other areas with damage and I expect the same exceptional results.

He doesn’t just bring care and service to his work, he takes the time to explain what he’s doing in such a way that ensures a feeling of safety. He’s a skillful communicator and he’s just a lovely trustworthy person. A million accolades for Joe!
