Daniel was a pleasure to work with. We had a difficult family situation and Daniel was very aware of our issues as we were trying to get the best offer for the home. He stayed in constant communication as we juggled 3 different buyers. We went through several price changes and he was always available via phone. I was really anxious getting into the sale of my home. I called FL Cash Home Buyers and immediately the staff helped make me comfortable. I can't speak to the quality of the offer, because frankly that's not my cup of tea. They offered what I felt was a fair "as-is" price for my home, and within 30 days I was closed and done with the process.
