  one of the worst lenders ever, do not buy with them. the only thing they care for is making money. bought two properties with them and the two times they never cared about me but closing fast so they all make money. two years after this I have been told by a lot o brokers all the good things and help it was out there and never got from this people, even after closing the second time I tried having help from Nathan multiple times and never did. find someone else

  Working with Nathan was like a breath of fresh air! He was incredibly informative, open, and helpful throughout the entire process of searching for homes and once it was time for us to purchase. Nathan goes above and beyond for his customers and his communication is top notch. We never felt “in the dark” about how much things would cost and he was able to answer any of our questions thoroughly and clearly. We were truly educated and informed the entire time. I cannot recommend Nathan enough! Brokers really do do it better!

  Nathan was great to work with throughout the entire lending process. He had very clear communication and met our expectations throughout. He was recommended to us by a friend in Denver and we are so glad we used him to buy here in Western Colorado! He was able to handle the entire transaction remotely! I would reccomend giving Nathan a chance to earn your business as well.
