I reached out to Arcadia Air on Sunday evening when my AC unit stopped cooling the house. Their on-call technician, Josh, was busy with another job, so the owner, Jimmy, came out right away himself at 10 o'clock on a Sunday night. That's dedication! The issue was diagnosed, and a part was needed to make the repair. Josh came out the next morning to replace the necessary part and the AC is blowing cold air again. Josh was friendly and professional. All of this was done promptly and at a reasonable cost. I will be using this company going forward for any AC related issues. Thank you for being honest, prompt and fair Arcadia Air!

Our AC broke and I was recommended Arcadia Air by a friend. I called Arcadia Air and later that day they were able to get to our property for an inspection to give us a quote. They were so quick and professional, it really made the decision easy that they were the right pick for us. They were able to install the next day which was such a relief! They did such a good job, we are so grateful for the recommendation. Thank you Arcadia Air!

My wife and I woke up this morning to a cold house. When I looked out the back window I saw steam coming out of the heat pump. I went outside and the fan wasn't running. I turned the unit off because I remembered someone telling me if it gets too cold the heat pump won't work. Later after it heated up I turned the unit back on but the fan still did not come on. We called Arcadia Air and Jimmy was the name of the tech and he told me that it is true about heat pumps not working if the temperature gets to 30 degrees or below. It was definitely warmer now so Jimmy turned the unit back on and it still didn't come back on. Jimmy opened up the control panel and found a bad capacitor I believe he called it that. He had a replacement on his vehicle and we were back in business. Jimmy was really nice and was quick and friendly and had the part we needed. I would highly recommend Arcadia Air to anyone in need of heat pump a/c or electrical issues! Thanks Jimmy!

Jimmy from Arcadia Air came over my house to give me an estimate on 2 brand new AC units, as my old ones were 19 years old and breaking down. He gave me a very fair price to say the least. He is very professional, friendly and honest. I agreed to the terms and 3 days later his crew showed up at my house on time. They were just like Jimmy, friendly and professional. They installed my 2 units and showed me how to use the AC controller on the wall. They cleaned up everything from the installation as if they were never even at my house. Ever since the installation at the home, the AC works great and is efficient and saves me money on my monthly bill. I highly recommend Arcadia Air! Keith

By far the best HVAC company I’ve ever used. And being a real estate agent for years in the valley I’ve met with dozens, with none coming close. Jimmy answered all of my questions thoroughly and compassionately. Our system didn’t blow this cold when it was brand new. Thank you Arcadia Air!!! See you in six months for a check-up.
