Very helpful technicians. Although they couldn't help with our problem directly due to the holiday weekend, they ensured we could get back on the road with a temporary fix. They seemed to genuinely care, and made me proud to drive/be apart of the Ford family.
We’ve bought a new Explorer here a few years ago and been here for recall work and light car work. Service and salesman was good. Looked into buying another Explorer recently, and was disappointed with the pricing. Salesman was nice and helpful but seemed hamstrung by the lowest price he could offer. They have to pay for that massive dealership building and the extensive billboard marketing.
The customer service at Fox has been great! We did some research at a couple dealers to see what we wanted, but once we decided to move forward with purchasing from Fox the willingness to work with us and keep us informed of the next steps was wonderful. Thanks for all the help Bill, Don and the rest of the team.
Schedule my car for a service appointment because it wasn't taking gas. Showed up and they acted like I didn't even have an appointment. Stood around for 5 minutes waiting to be helped while the employees stood in a group and chatted right in front of me. Once I finally got helped they said it would take at least 4 to 5 hours to get to the car. What is the point of an appointment then??????
Then they say that just to diagnose what is wrong with the car is $120 which would not be absorbed into the repair if I chose to have it repaired there. Long story short they were rude and are overcharging for diagnostics when the car shows no engine lights or issues.
I'll take my car elsewhere to be serviced and I suggest others do the same.
Awesome waiting area for service department. Comfortable seating, free wifi, plugs for devices, complimentary coffee and water and popcorn, play room with toys for kids, vending machines, clean restrooms, etc.
Be very careful buying a used car here. We paid a premium for a nice used Expedition, but when we got it home we found that rust on the rocker panels had been covered by these grippy adhesive strips (similar to stair treads). The strips blended in well, but the covered spots were badly rusted. I have little doubt that this was done as part of reconditioning for sale. I feel stupid for being duped by this concealment, but I also feel that it was intentionally deceptive on their part. I like the vehicle, but I paid too much based upon the spots that are rusted completely through.
Great service through the whole buying process! Our second car from you for a very good reason. Thank you Mike Schwartz and the Fox team for my 2016 Mazda 3 S Grand Touring!!! It was worth the wait to get it custom from Japan.
Update - still going strong! Got the car serviced at 14000 miles + and service was fast and polite as always! Still love the car and still won't take it anywhere else.
Out of all the dealerships I frequent, Fox Ford easily has the best service. I love their rewards program as well!
Steve the manager and Maggie in service have been absolutely wonderful. The have completely gone above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Unless I move, Fox Ford will forever be my dealership to go to. THANK YOU
I was in the market for a quality used car, in great condition. I was thinking a Mazda 3, Mazda 6, or Ford Focus. Eric was a very helpful salesman because let me chose the vehicle I wanted without pressuring me into buying something I did not want. I must also say he has a great attitude and makes you feel comfortable. Jeremy was a big help as well, he answered all of my questions about financing and made sure I understood what I was buying. Even though I bought my vehicle for a good price, Eric made it easier for me to understand the warranty by explaining everything which made me comfortable. Great warranty! Thanks so much, and for the first time, I actually felt comfortable about buying a vehicle.
Bought my car here over a year ago and I received wonderful service when picking out a car and got a low price on a used car. They made it easy to buy a car, only to an hour from selling my old car and driving off with a new one. Fast forwarding a year, I've had my car in for service a few times since and their service is top notch with their free Owners advantage rewards program that makes their oil changes and multi-point inspection cost under $30. Very friendly staff, easy to drop off my car and lots of places to sit and eat if you wait in the dealership, and over all very nice atmosphere. I would recommend this place to any that wants an awesome car buying/selling/service experience.
After a terrible experience at another Ford dealership (lowell), I've never wanted to take my car back to one. However, this service department and advisor, Maggie, changed my perspective. They're honest, hardworking, and so personal. I highly recommend having work done here. They treated me like a queen. The repairs were speedy, and reports/updates were given back to me fast. Excellent customer service and satisfaction.
Earlier this year I bought tires from them, I had to jump through hoops to get them to work on my car. This I should have posted last year when it initially happened, but the reason I am writing about it today is because I had purchased higher-end mid-grade all season tires (I am on a tight budget but want to make sure I am safe on the road) which should be a good enough quality to drive through a decent amount of snow and not get stuck or loose control on the slick roads. I have not even had these tires a year, and have had the most trouble with these tires with the snow. I have no traction, and can't even get out of my driveway without gunning it into the street and hoping I get out in time before someone hits me. I am very disappointed with the help I was given when I specified I needed something with better traction for the winter on an all season tire.My car is a front-wheel drive car, so I have to make sure I have good wheels to get me out of snowy patches. I paid over $460 on what I was told was a great tire for what I requested. The price was outrageous for a small four door focus and I regret purchasing the tires through them because I do not feel safe driving my car even in an inch of snow.
Make sure you do your research before purchasing from them! They obviously do not know what a GOOD tire is.
The ONE good thing about this company is that they have a great area for customers to wait in.
