I want to start by saying the facilities are beautiful and most of the staff like Gloria are amazing. But the customer service from the owners is terrible, the husband for the most part does better than the wife, dealing
With her is a nightmare seems like she is always in a bad mood, and if you ask questions or have requests that are not
“Usual” she has an rude attitude.

We told her we have our own DJ and her response was that’s unusual, our DJ can mix Hispanic music, so we went for it. We were promised their DJ would mix our music if we get them a list, what he did was just literally play the entire list without mixing it in the same order we it to the owner. We could have just connected our phones to the audio and let it play by it selfthis guy can kill a party and then their entire team will blame it on your guests. If there was a 0 starts I would give them that.

Would not recommend to anyone/ none of my guest would book this place as a venue for future events. RUDE owners.

These people actually will treat you as their employees rather than a customer.

Had our wedding at the Pinnacle Center in August 2017. The staff during the event was excellent and very helpful. The planning meetings leading up to the event had my husband and I feeling like we were intruding their precious time-- very short and unfriendly up front and then slowly warmed up when it was time for the checkbook.

The venue was beautiful and the food was great! However, the DJ was awful. I was asked to give them a list of songs for the Ceremony (I even listed back up songs) and they played a completely wrong song for walking down the aisle. Also, because the DJ did not want to be the emcee we were notified at our last planning meeting that we needed to find someone to do it and then our newly founded emcee was given very little direction on what to say-- I thought it was just to announce the wedding party but it was announcing "facility messages" too. So all in all, everything was great except the DJ- which was a bummer.

I was in a wedding at this venue, and reception, and it was all handled absolutely beautifully! I would highly recommend it. The outdoor garden is gorgeous, plus the concrete was easy to walk on in heels! The reception hall was gorgeous, and they include a lot in their package. Even the back room for our belongings was kept locked, everything was clean, and the food was served the fastest I have EVER seen at a wedding that size. Fabulous all around!

The staff are so week informed and so extremely professional they made the day an absolute breeze. The building itself and the surrounding landscaping is perfect for photos. I was very impressed with the Pinnacle center and I highly recommend it.

Aside from the strange initial first impression of a slightly hidden location and disheveled looking staff. This place was great. The facility and staff were super helpful and friendly. The look internally is very corporate. But there are some beautiful outdoor features.

I went to the Pinnacle Center for a wedding and they have a beautiful garden and a patio with a fountain that set a good tone for the wedding. Large rooms for a comfortable wedding and reception!

This facility was amazing. I recently went there for a wedding and the staff and food was absolutely delightful. My server seemed to anticipate all of my need and make sure I was well cared for. I would happily go to another event here and put down some serious money to have more events at this location. 10/10 Would go again.

The devil is in the details. None of the issues we experienced had huge impacts on the guests of the evening. As the groom, and having been to every meeting with the owners, I caught every mistake. No one knew there were issues, but it put stress on myself and my family all night.

First and foremost, prior to introducing the wedding party, they ran through everyone's name. They then proceeded to mispronounce several and called my wife (the bride) by the wrong first name. Never corrected themselves.

We paid for an open bar and were told there would be two bars. They closed one after two hours, but never told anyone that was their plan. This resulted in the only open bar having a line of 20 people all night. When my father asked about it, he was told 'I don't remember you being at any planning meetings.' He was told this by someone that was not at any planning meetings.

We were told we would have a DJ that would take requests. There were several requests made. Many were never played. The ones that were took about a half hour to get played. They asked us for a list of songs we wanted played. It seems to me that they entered that last into a playlist and just let it run. I don't think they had anyone actively manning the music. Also, they asked for music selections for the different parts of the evening, but didn't play some of them.

We were up sold on a beautiful shimmer curtain. We were given the image of a beautiful drape, filled with tiny LED lights that would hang behind the wedding party. In reality, it was a tan curtain with a handful of lights shining down on it. We paid hundreds of dollars for something that was not like it was explained to us.

To their credit, the food was incredible. Overall, it was a fun night for most of the people. There was just a lot of vagueness in how things were going to be set up. In every situation where there was vagueness, it worked its way out negatively. They will put on a solid show, but if you are the one planning, be prepared day of.

Everytime I have been there was for dental hygiene seminars, but the staff is very friendly. The view from the small balcony is beautiful and at my last seminar, there were Dr. Suess statues displayed from a local creator. The ballroom is quite large and spacious as well.

Unfortunate:
Donna was no help at all, if u ask questions she got an Attitude. When we went in to pay the final dinner count Donna had already totaled our bill with six extra people, even when she said we could pay for how many we wanted to "guarantee". My husband didn't want to worry about it. That's before we knew all the other issues we would have. We paid for an extra hour for dancing and celebrating this would took us to 11 o'clock. The bar closed at 9:30 without any last call. So the guests all left by 10 pm! We had a free signature drink and beer and they didn't let our guest know this. Most of the workers were very nice.
I did let them know that some people received chicken to well done and hard to cut and very dry. But nothing was done about it. You would think since we paid for six extra meals they would offer to replace some of the dinners. They never offered to give our $200 dollars back for the extra hour. We haven't had many weddings or been to too many and we would of appreciated some guidance but Donna gave none. What an unfortunate situation to be in for my daughters wedding. We have four granddaughters and we will not be suggesting the Pinnacle..
