My hairdresser is great at helping me achieve the look that I want and her shampoo massages are the best. I almost never have to wait and I look forward to my appointments.

For my one year anniversary my boyfriend got me a $100 gift card to this salon and unfortunately I lost the gift card so I spoke to Linda, the owner, explaining to her my situation and she said there was nothing she could do, I had to find it. It makes me sad knowing this isn't the first time this has happened to other customers at her salon and she doesn't have a better system to track gift card sales or the fact that I could've been a new customer that could bring more business to her salon. I take responsibility for losing the gift card but just the fact she wasn't willing to do anything about it is really unfortunate as salons close all the time due to poor service. I do not recommend this place.

I will never go back here. I went in with healthy long hair to the middle of my back and now it is frizzy, fried and ruined. I have naturally curly hair and wanted more definition to my curls. I brought in pictures of what I wanted. I let the stylist know that my hair reacts to chemicals quickly.
She proceeded to perm my hair with teeny tiny curling rods. I had a feeling in my stomach that she wasn't doing what I asked, but I haven't had a perm since I was 7 and that was the 80's.
Well, long story short, when she took them out I had poodle hair. But worse than that, the solution was left on too long and fried my hair. Someone asked me if I was trying to look like Mrs. Fizzle from the Magic School Bus.
When I went back the next day they just told me that all I needed to do was deep condition it and it would look fine. I pointed out that even if it did miraculously repair itself and look "fine", it still was not what I had wanted. They refused to refund any of the $200 I spent and gave me a bottle of conditioner instead without so much as an apology. Instead they acted like it was somehow MY fault!
My hair is like straw and now Monday I get to go and get it all cut off. It took me 6 years to grow it out that long and they completely ruined it and don't even care. If you want to completely ruin your hair this is the place to go. If you do not want it ruined you should make an appointment with another salon that is actually interested in retaining repeat customers and will go above and beyond to make you look your best.response / report this review -

For the last 4 years my daughter and I have come here to celebrate Mothers Day together. We start off the morning with the lavish-pedicure with the wonderful oils and massage. The service is wonderful and we enjoy our time together. Then we are off to lunch somewhere! Try it !!

I've gotten my hair cut here 3x and every time they mess it up. It's never the same length. I also brought my friend here and she got her hair thinned out. Well the lady sent her on her way after and she didn't even brush her hair out after gettting it thinned out.

For special occasions, my mom, sister and I go here for pedicures. We often have the same staff working with us. We LOVE it and have such a wonderful time. They remember us and remember conversations we have had even though months go in between visits. It's a great environment and the massage chairs feel great!

Every single visit has been wonderful! I love my hair stylist- she always make me feel beautiful! When I get my nails done, they always look fabulous and last as long as you'd expect them to. The massages I've had there have been the best I've every had!
