I walked in to get one of my tires replaced. Within an hour, I got a call asking me to pick my car up. Upon checking the tire, I realized that the incorrect tire was fixed. Because the store was closing, I was asked to return next morning. Saturday morning, as soon as I drove into the store area, someone greeted me and straight took my car for getting the job done. The team took around 30min to get the right tire in. Except the goof-up the first night, my overall experience has been pretty decent.

I went in with low tire pressure to find out I had a small nail in my rear tire. Brian and his team were great at explaining and fixing it! Thank you so much! 10/10 customer service

I would not recommend. I went and got my tires done and only got 2 done. A few months later, I went to get my other 2 done and was told they can't because the newer tires from before were a different size. Discount tire told me when getting tires that my tire size was rare so I could only get new ones, so I did. But apparently they still put a different size on. They put it in the notes on my documents but never told me. They shouldn't be allowed to not tell me and just do what they want and sneak it in the notes. I'm pissed right now and very disappointed. Don't go here. They apparently do what they want and screw you over.

Ordered online, and it says someone will call in 24 hours. Nobody called after 3 days, so I called said haven't seen tires yet will call when they come in. Fast forward 2 weeks still no call from them so I called they say the tires came in 8 days ago. So I schedule an appointment for 9:30 the next day, I go back to work get home to a message on my home phone, mind you I never put my home phone on anything cell only. Saying they double booked and had to change my appointment to 10. No big deal right, so I call to confirm and they say nothing bout double booking and my appointment was was 9:30. So I go in and they say we left you a message, so I told them I called to confirm and the guy says, "we didn't know if the tires would be here by 9:30." After they just told me the day before that they showed up on 8 days ago. Needless to say I won't be going back

The customer service was so good that I feel compelled to write a review. They helped me out 5 minutes before they were even open and I was on my way 20 minutes later. Everyone was super helpful.

5 stars for polite and hard working. Zero stars for speed. Expect 10 minutes just waiting in line. Expect an hour wait minimum for your car to be done. I've waited over an hour just to get nail removed or tires rotated. Best advice is to drop off. It's inconvenient but better than waiting in lobby listening to God awful boy band music. Really need some competition in the area.

I've been to many different locations of your store, and I've received excellent customer service at each location, but this one always exceeds my expectations. Without fail, each employee of come into contact with has gone the extra mile. Thank you for making my life easier, and for taking the time to inform me about how to best take care of my car!
