I came here for breakfast while waiting for my uhaul service to be completed nextdoor. Overall I was happy with the omelette and coffee that I had. The omelette was served with hash brown and toast. The food was good and the price was less than I expected to pay.

Excellent room decor. Very very clean. Decent desk chair and desk for comfortable working on the computer in the room. Great lighting and comfortable reading spaces. Well arranged spaces to unpack into. I would prefer a little more of a kitchenette. The sink water does not get hot enough. Shower is hot, though. Keys work flawless first time ever time. I definitely prefer this hotel when staying in the area for work.

Loved loved loved!! This place is amazing! The price is just right! We got in late and was able to sleep late because the curtains allow it to be pulled all the way keeping out any light. Clean room, friendly staff, overall great experience. We will stay here again.

Spacious but noisy. I was first impressed and surprised by the size of the room. Most rooms are just bed and bath. This actually had a living room if a kind. As I stayed longer and tried to sleep, the intense rattling of the air conditioning, inexplicably on in spite of mild temperatures had me searching for the thermostat so I could get some sleep. The barrier in front of the air conditioning inlet was incredibly shabby and loose. Several of the doors and fixtures were similarly shabby. I could see the uneven cuts into the drywall behind the air conditioner barrier. I'm just glad I didn't actually need the air conditioner or I'd have never gotten to sleep.

To start off, I am not an easy client. I held a 25 person off-site at Biltmore Hotel, and I often request last-minute changes to the schedule, food, etc., which is known to drive event coordinators crazy! The Biltmore team was very accommodating with every request I made, and made sure that I was happy and that my team was taken care of the entire 2 days. I was also impressed with their honesty and integrity when it came to the prices. It's not unusual that at the end of an event, you often get "surprise invoices." However, Biltmore hotel actually gave me money BACK since we had 2 people cancel their rooms. I was extremely impressed with their professionalism and hospitality.

Quite, staff helpful, close to highway and fair price free parking lot. Free breakfast buffet. But they should think about dinner service they offer us cold food.

Garrett will help you out with anything you need at the front desk! Very friendly and accommodating.

Jocelyn in the restaurant is a positive and helpful face every single morning and I've been back 3 times!

Great staff, simple hotel with a pool, solid wifi, clean rooms and a simple breakfast menu.

The Biltmore staff has been very kind, but we switched rooms because the room on the lower level, more motel like with the door taking you directly outdoors, was located right by the housekeeping main area. We were woken up all night as their carts clanked along the sidewalk outside. The room looked minorly updated with new flooring, but our friends stayed in a room in the tower part of the hotel and it was much more up to date. (Their ac, however, didn't keep the room cool.)

Our new room had an ac water leak (that the staff did come fix) and the television frequently had no signal. We requested more pillows and towels and the staff wouldn't bring the correct amount. We tried to call the front desk to request them again and our phone didn't work so we had to make another trip to the front desk.

The included breakfast was fine but nothing over the top. It costs $12.99/person and you are formally seated by someone. You get our own food, buffet style. The food included was very much reminiscent of a continental style breakfast.

This is an awesome hotel. Very friendly and beautiful atmosphere. For all age groups The staff goes out of their way to make sure that your stay is comfortable and to your liking. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. When I get to go back to sunny California..

Stayed here on a business trip for 2 nights. The hotel is older, and in a more "industrial" area. My room was actually located in the low-rise part of the hotel. It was more set up like a motel (the door opened to the outdoors). The room had been re-modeled, and was generally nice. They appliances and ac were a bit older. There was a small pool. The exercise room was small, but had several treadmills and an elliptical. The price seemed a bit high (but probably normal for the area). The included breakfast was nice. Overall, this would not be my first choice if I return, but I would stay here again if needed.

Cheap price for Silicon Valley, but rooms and amenities are in need of an upgrade. Motel style setup with exterior facing doors and windows. Staff is friendly and helpful.

The location was very close to downtown and the airport. Easily within business travel. Service was excellent. Rooms are very well appointed. Hotel is really nice and quiet and private. Would recommend Biltmore hotels to anyone.

I had the pleasure of having my wedding reception at the Biltmore Hotel & Suites in Santa Clara last month in May. It was awesome working with their wedding coordinator, Jane who was always prompt with responses during our email interactions (which was not always the case when we were looking for venues!).

It was a great venue for the price and there was so much included. It saved us so much time and energy to have everything already taken care of and basically all we had to do was pick the colors, napkin fold and food.

Every step of the process was painless and we felt well taken care of, even when we went in for food tasting the staff were kind and accommodating. It was a very stress free environment and I'm so glad we picked Biltmore Hotel & Suites! We did have a mishap with mismatched colors which the coordinator was incredibly helpful getting a hold of me and troubleshooting (it ended up looking just fine with 50 shades of purple ;) ).

If you are planning a wedding, I highly recommend the Biltmore Hotel & Suites, especially if you want a great price for what you get and a stress free reception (because it's a lot of stress anyway).

**Please note that this 5-star rating is for the service and what's included for the price. It's definitely not an upscale hotel, but it is quaint and our wedding guests said it was the best wedding they have been to.

This is a review of the hotel lobby and the convention meeting space, I had a company event here and overall things went well. There is a ton of parking, the meeting space is well maintained, and the food was better than most catered meals I get at events like this. The hotel always made sure that snacks were available and coffee was always there for us even at 2 p.m. If I were to host the corporate event I would definitely consider using the Biltmore.

I attended a toastmasters convention at the Biltmore hotel. The event was terrific, and was enhanced by being held at the Biltmore. The site was clean and we'll laid out. The food was terrific, it was one of the best event breakfasts I've had. Lunch was also very good and the desserts were fantastic. It was a great experience, is be happy to attend another event there in the future.
