One word comes to mind when thinking of this dealership, and that word is Quality. It doesn't matter if you are looking to buy a car or just a part, as soon as you walk in the door you are greeted with a warm smile and respect. Being 21 this is not what i would expect, but i was proven wrong. Butch Daugherty kindly took more than 30 minutes of his time to try and help me solve multiple problems. He handled every situation i threw at him professionally and he had a wealth of knowledge to share with me. He did not try to over sell any kind of products and was a true friend for the small amount of time i was in the dealership. There is a 10/10 chance that i would recommend anyone and everyone go to this wonderful establishment.

Troy and Breanne in service are amazing! About 6 months ago, my husband and I had a bad experience on the sales lot and ended up traveling to Indy to purchase our RDX. We were extremely nervous that the service department would be an F as well. However, today was our second time taking our car for oil change, tire rotation, etc. We are so pleased! Troy and Breanne both do a fantastic job accommodating the customer and I felt like an important and valued customer when I left there today.

Purchasing a vehicle here is like getting it from family. A warm and inviting atmosphere with low pressure and a great product they allow to do the talking.

They went out of their way to get us into a vehicle on the spot which was our goal, our original salesman was off the day we stopped in and the rest of the employees treated us as if they were our original salesman. Great experience!

At Fort Wayne Acura, from the first phone call to our final send off in our new RDX, we were treated with respect, honesty, efficiency, and the highest level of customer service. Jason, Theo, and Alice all helped make our time spent enjoyable. We were so pleased to buy from Fort Wayne Acura and look forward to servicing our vehicle there as well!
