Excellent staff in their warranty department. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Personally I had trouble with my automobile and they quickly put my mind to rest. Car was repaired in a timely manner. Also they have a shuttle service that took me home while repairs were being made. Such a wonderful service to offer.

The staff there is super friendly. The price you pay isnt based on their commision. They do not get commission on sales, the owner of the lot, sets the price of the automobiles. They will also help you with bad credit. I recommended them to anyone.

Romain is a great option if you're looking to purchase a "new to you" vehicle. Their sales people aren't overly pushy and genuinely seem to care about helping you get the car that is right for you. However, their servicing leaves much to be desired. The service staff are great, no doubt, but the time for repairs and maintenance are very slow. On two separate occasions, I've been scheduled for a simple oil change - and both times, it was nearly a two-hour wait. Though the work completed is good, be prepared to clear a good portion of your day to allow for labor time.
