Went to Town & Country Ford trade in my 2014 Ford focus (which I also got from them). Out salesman Matthew Hall listened to everything we wanted and we only looked at a few SUV and test drive one. I ended up loving it and walked out in a timely manner with my brand new 2018 Ford Escape. He when worked sheen the payment th something we could afford. Overall a great experience.

I recommend Town and Country Ford to all my family and friends. Leron and Mike made our purchase easy and relaxing. I really like how they listen to what we were looking for and not what they wanted. We have made Town and Country Ford our dealership for life.

"Elmo", our sales rep, and the rest of the staff at Town and Country Ford went the extra mile to make sure that we were satisfied and found a vehicle that suited us. They worked patiently with us to pick a vehicle, arranged a lengthy test drive, and worked with us to obtain financing that suited our situation. I would recommend anyone in the market for a vehicle to visit Town and Country before making a purchase decision. There's a reason they have been so successful.

My husband and I had an excellent experience at Town and Country Ford in Evansville. I am a very anxious person when it comes to large purchases, however, our sales person (Kenny) went above and beyond to secure our deal and calm my nerves in the process! Even 8 days after our purchase he reached out to ensure we were happy with the purchase. I would recommend Town and Country to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle in a friendly and warming atmosphere!

Don't really like saying that I love a car dealership. But they certainly are five stars or at least my experience was. Went in on Saturday trade for truck brought it back on Wednesday a little problem with the electronics. Pointed to a different one they had on the lot so I said want that one instead they worked it out that instant.

On 10/4/2017 took my 2013 Escape in for routine service and factory recall service. Kurt Baker was the only person at the service desk that took care of what was going to be completed. Two other people were off that day and it was his first week at that position. As busy as he was and new at that position, there was no problem in getting my Escape booked in for service. Kurt was professional (so was everyone else) and the service was completed on time.
I did notice that the service shop, parts department and new car sales department were kept clean and seemed to be well organized. At this time I would give Town and Country 5 stars.response / report this review -

Nick Byers was my sales guy and he was great! He worked with every negotiation I pulled in front of him and he explained every single step down to how many times he was going to run my credit which was the least amount before I took home my new car which was a steal I might add! No regrets over here from this first time buyer!

Super fantastic customer service,very friendly and knowledgeable sales staff,most helpful in every aspect of the transactions!!!! We bought 2 vehicles and Ken Parish was the utmost and respectful in the sales and extremely highly recommended from us to all looking for a new or used vehicle!!!! The follow up was spectacular and Mr. Smith and Ken made us feel part of the family!)!!!! Thanks again Town and Country Ford of Evansvilleyou rock!!!!!

This is my second time buying from Town and Country and let's just say this experience was so much better for us then the last time. We had some issues but they got worked out and now I would recommend them to anyone. Our salesman Brett Sismon was wonderful with explaining detail to detail how everything worked and all the paperwork that we didn't understand. He made sure we were taken care of properly from the moment we got there. Mr.Flinn did am awesome Job also, making things better for us this time around. I would definitely recommend either one of those salesman to help u get the car you have always dreamed of.

The service group does a good job of making you fell special. They took good care of our vehicle.
They gave me a call when the vehicle was ready. They reviewed our Ford points account and
gave us a $10 rewards toward the bill. I was given two phone carriers that were left over from

Love my Ford Escape purchased at Town and Country. Dwayne was great. Purchased new tires and prices were competitive. Had a battery issue and again Dwayne handled my issue with fairness. They have my business as long as I own a Ford.
