This hotel sucks!
NEVER GO HERE.
Everything about it!
Better off going to a homeless shelter!
At least in a homeless shelter you will get nice people working behind the counter.
Remember, I warned you, for your own sake don't go.
Rude people working at hotel, the most dirty bathrooms you have ever seen, bugs in room.
A complete reck!

Horrible. First of all the closets are make shift if you’re aesthetically drive this is a turn off. Most importantly:
1) the receptionist kept my drivers license (granted I forgot to double check her work) and when I requested it be sent overnight the staff did not send until THREE DAYS LATER by SNAIL MAIL.
2) the fitted sheets were short and the mattress cover was exposed (ewww).
3) the lights in the bathroom were not fully lit, bulb was blown it was dark.
4) built up dirt/dust in corners

Stayed here because its the Perfect location. Across the street from the train, walking distance to groceries, shopping, restaurants and starbucks. I find it a little expensive but that goes with the location. Very small rooms and extremely tiny bathrooms. The toilet in like a children's toilet you find at the mall.( I had a king suit). There was dirty glasses with lipstick in my fridge and bathroom could use a scrubbing. Aside from that nice and quiet. Overall it's all about the location for this hotel.

My cousin and his new wife booked this hotel for their wedding night and after a long day of their wedding showed up with our entire immediate to settle in for the night. After reserving multiple rooms at this recomeded hotel months ago we show up at 12:45am to find out the rooms were given away!! On top of it all instead of putting all of these people in another hotel no one can get manager on the phone to approve so the entire party has to take cabs home!! The hotel didn't even pay for the cabs!! If I could give zero stars I would. This hotel should be shut down for the poor service it offers.

We stayed one night after a wedding we attended nearby. Staff was courteous and very helpful. Valet parking is an additional $13 a night, but you have the option to park on the street. Rooms are clean, the beds are extremely comfortable. TVs need upgrading and have basic cable unless you're willing to pay for movies, etc. Bathroom is a bit small, but gets the job done. Breakfast is included, but they close at 10am. Basic breakfast options such as Bagels, Cereal, Muffins, Danish, Coffee, tea, etc.

Our stay at The Andrew was absolutely a great experience.
I would recommend it without hesitation.
We stayed there for a full week due to my son's wedding.
All our inquiries ( and there were many), were assisted promptly by all the staff, who were always kind and responsive.
The hotel was clean, the rooms well kept and the breakfast had a good selection to please everyone's choices.response / report this review -

The rooms are nice and cozy, however my friends got the bridal suite for their wedding and it wasn't much different than the room my boyfriend and I got. Just a heads up before anyone books that suite.

Solid Experiencewish water was more easily acceptable financially. Also establishments associated with the Hotel didn't always do as advertised. No room service on Fri/sat doesn't make sense to me either.

My boyfriend and I stood here overnight due to a wedding we had close by. We had a balcony room, it was a bit pricey for one night I believe around 300$. I am a smoker, didn't like that i could not smoke on the balcony due to rules of the hotel - otherwise i would not have gotten a balcony. Bathroom was a little small. Otherwise, the hotel room was beautiful. Bed was amazing, so comfortable . We had a nice pull out couch as well. i wish we could have stood another night. I don't think the room was worth 300$ but it was very nice. Bed was the best part, a great nights sleep, although the walls are PAPER THIN
