  I called to get a price for a arrangement.. I had questions about certain flowers I wanted to use in the arrangement. I was treated with such disrespect. The person whom I talked to acted as if they didn’t want my business. They were short and extremely rude and the eventually hung up on my. I truly appreciate your actions because they led me to Tiny’s Flowers. She did an phenomenal job!!!!!! Please believe me she’ll take care of you. Thanks Michelle!!!!!

  I wish it was a way to give this place zero stars, let's just say she's only pleasant when serving a certain race of ppl. I called because I placed a order online, and paid for delivery. I wanted to just confirm that my order was received and it would be delivered on time. The tone was very rude and then I was informed after giving her the address (10 minutes from her shop) that she don't deliver to Churches (although their site has it as a option) my conversations are recorded as I called from my business phone. I plan to use it on my YouTube channel. No one should be treated like this especially when spending their money. I was very unhappy.

  I just got off work and tried to purchase a dozen roses for my daughter's graduation and this shop was the closest flower shop near me. I made it 20 min before it closed and was rudely told " I don't have time I have something I have to do. you should've came earlier" and was rushed out the door. I just recently moved to the area and I constantly purchase fresh flowers for my mother, wife and daughter. Its safe to say I would've given them a lot business. Customer service is everything and she needs a class in it.
