It's a useful weekend tactic in our household since kids were abt 7 yrs old. You can go interact and play with the kids, or you can ignore each other, up to you and kids. There's a lounge and restaurant area to hang out in if you just want the kids to go do their thing, in the arcade, laser maze, laser tag, bumper cars, our mini bowling. You can all eat and bowl together, and they play fun music at the bowling alley, where each lane background features the videos of the songs being played.
Although it can be pricey if you really enjoy a full night of activities there or if you have multiple children, my kids love it and are always happy to go.. and its not a huge drag for parents.response / report this review -

We have gone here a few times. Their customer service is dwindling and needs some attention. It was a Friday night and we got there early expecting it to be busy as it normally is. Needless to say, it was dead, we were one of two small groups bowling. Our lane kept having issues and maintenance was extremely slow to rectify. I could completely understand if they were busy but twice it took more than 20 minutes just to get ahold of maintenance to look into problem. The manager was never apologetic. The wait staff for food and beverage was scarce and very hard to find. We had to go to food counter to get any service. We ordered a cocktail that had milk in it and I had to tell manager that milk was curdled. The manager never apologized or attempted to make our experience any better and nothing was discounted or removed from bill. We had friends from out of town and they were just as disappointed with our service considering the amount of money we spent for a group of 10 of us.

The party rooms are pretty sweet! Cool decorations and even free drink service. Can't get much better than that

I came here with 2 other friends of mine and everything else was ok, it was pretty opened up for the most part. But when we wanted to go bowl, only a quarter of all of the lanes were opened, and when they had 2 open lanes, we checked them and they weren’t even accessible, they’re were about 8 people crammed into 1 lane on both of them. Does not make me want to come back if only a quarter of the lanes are open, this isn’t the first time this has happened either.

The food was terrible. They refused to play newer music, and were really slow at any request. Would not recommend to anyone.

The girl at the front counter had no idea what was going on. She was rude and short with us. She told us without even checking, that all the lanes were taken. We asked if we could be on a waiting list, and she said it would be at least an hour. We had young kids with us so we walked out. Decided to go back in 5 minutes later and put our name down to wait. There were 2 other guys behind the counter now, and told us there were 2 lanes open now. When we got to the lanes, the place was empty. At least 8 lanes open. Do they not want business? Bumpers for the kids are really cheap. Overall service was just not good.

Awesome place! We went on Wednesday when the price for unlimited attractions was only $12 so that was a great deal! Kids had a blast! The only thing was that the regular bowling alley was closed the whole time we were there for maintenance? Also, there was only two lanes open for the little bowling alley and some of the arcade games weren't working. Lastly, prepare to pay a bit for food/drinks and the arcades (I believe this is really where they make their money). Great place for a hot day and definitely will visit again.

Average place, does not have a large selection of games and they are older. Pizza had very chewy cheese on it. It might be better if they updated it.

We visited this place last night and quite frankly it was not what I expected. The place was much smaller than I expected, and the service was not that great at all. When we first got there, we stood at the customer service desk waiting to ask a question while the staff chatted and giggled with their backs turned to us. We ordered pizza, and it was the worst pizza I have had in a while. I was expecting cheap quality pizza, but not pizza that tastes like a mixture of metal and cleaning supplies. I couldn't even finish the pizza and ended up leaving to go find a better place to eat. Before leaving, we walked around to see what all was there. The bowling alley looked fun, but the games were lacking. Overall, it is an okay place but you're much better off going to Main Event Entertainment in Tempe or Dave and Busters. I felt like I wasted my night going there.

Celebrated a buddies birthday, rented a private room & was a blast. Service, accommodations, employees and food were all great! Fun place if you like to bowl & play pool!
