RJ is the coolest chef. Congrats on your new job. Sad I wont be able to get saltimbocca or blended virgin daquiris anymore.

Outstanding Food - Outstanding Service: Waitress Kristy (SP?) at Primo – when our meal was delayed understandably for an extended period of time (over an hour) because of all the conference attendees wanting to eat at the same time, she really went out of her way to empathize and do whatever she could to make it better – she did a truly commendable job keeping our CEO and guests pacified and turning a bad situation into a positive experience, something not everyone can do

Food was fair. Service seemed WAY understaffed. Food took slightly more than an hour to arrive. And then they kept trying to remove our plates.maybe to get another party in??? Who knows??? Never again

Food and service was great. Prices are what you would expect at a resort restaurant. They have the best cannolis I've had in Arizona.

What a disappointment. The restaurant is beautiful and we got there at 6:45 to a fairly empty restaurant so the service was great at the start. As the evening progressed it became clear they were very understaffed, two waiters and a untrained bread boy to handle three large tables and a number of small ones.

Our first course soup came out cold and things went downhill from there. Despite having three managers delivering food there was no real help in the room. The "servers assistant" or as we came to call him the "bread boy" as all he seemed capable of doing was delivering bread, was no help. We put our empty water bottle at the edge of the table in hopes of getting a refill, he took the bottle never to return. The final blow was waiting 45 minutes for desert, finally when we were able to catch the overworked waitress to tell her we just wanted a check the manager arrived to apologize. Promising to get the deserts out quickly and for free and to refresh our coffee while we waited. We still waited another 15 minutes for the desert and coffee refill to arrive. A restaurant of this caliber and price should not be this understaffed and managers should know how to clear tables, deliver drinks, and check on patrons not just drop off food plates.
