I love the personal attention and the wealth of knowledge the staff has. They always make you feel welcome and if they can’t answer your question, they will find someone who can. The product quality and selection are exceptional.

Great service and selection of shoes, socks, shorts, GU, shirts, and other running things to choose from. The store also has a 3D foot scan that can measure your feet to help better identify what type of shoe you should be wearing. This store also does a lot for the community in terms of helping people get ready for certain runs like Augusta's half marathon.

Great experience getting my shoe fitting. The team is very knowledgeable and helpful. They have a good variety of shoes in store, but also order for you if needed. I will definitely be going back.

For those that need good gear for running or walking, this is THE best store in the CSRA.
The owners are active runners and have turned their passion into a knowledgeable retail resource.
They carry a wide line of shoes specifically designed for running and will help determine the best type of shoe for daily jogs, marathons or just comfortable sneakers for those on their feet all day.
Highly recommended. If you're looking for shoes for other sports I would go elsewhere, since they do focus on really just runners and walkers.response / report this review -

Went today to get fitted for running shoes. The person working made a recommendation after watching my running technique/stance. They were very professional, friendly, and gave great advice. Highly recommended!

Fleet Feet has quality products, but most of all I love the attention the staff gives to its customers in finding the right fit. You just don't find that level of help in shoe stores anymore. This small business really cares about giving its customers a great experience that will keep them coming back. Thank you!

Tanner provided excellent customer service. The staff here really knows their shoes wether you're an adult or a child. They do their best to meet your needs and do a great job at it.

I went to Fleet Feet today and had an amazing experience! I am kind of a new runner and training for a 5k. I have been getting blisters on my toes and they sent my home with some Altra Torin shoes and they are incredible! Shoes made for my feet. I saw Jen today and she's wonderful! Thanks for everything!

I love that I was finally able to get the proper running shoe for me to make my training as effective as it could be. The associate was awesome and she was able to answer all of my questions and help me find a product that would suit my needs. Very happy, 10/10 will return!

I went to the store to see about getting a pair of Altra high top running shoes. The older women who waited on me said that they didn't have any which I knew. She informed me that they only had running shoes. I said that on the Internet it said I could get a pair at this point she was very short with me and that she couldn't help me. Didn't offer to order them for me are answer questions about the shoe. Needless to say I guess will order on line from now on and recommend my clients do as well even if they try them on in the store. I'm pretty sure Fleet Feet is a franchise. What ever happened to serving the customer.

My honey heard about this place after inquiring about where he could find insoles for his work boots. Can't remember the guy's name who assisted us during our visit, but he was knowledgeable and friendly. The store has a great selection of fitness hear. Very clean and organized. My honey and his feet are grateful to have found this place.

I'm 68, and have been jogging for about 40 years, so I've had a lot of experience in running shoe stores. I can't imagine a better experience shopping for new running shoes than the one I had at Fleet Feet Sports in Augusta. I presented the young man who assisted me, Pardon Ndhlovu, with a list of my requirements, and asked him about the five shoes I had identified in my own research as possibly best meeting them. The store had all the shoes in stock, in my size. Pardon knew all the shoes inside and out, all the specifications, including pertinent information I had not gathered myself. Also, I had made a dumb mistake in including a couple shoes on my list that were "neutral," which he correctly, and gently, indicated were probably not suitable for me. Upon my request, he made a couple more recommendations of shoes that might meet my needs. Those two in fact turned out to be the best fitting shoes for me, and it was one of those I bought. So far, after a couple jogs, I've been happy with them. Pardon was quite impressive in his knowledge of his inventory, in his understanding of running, and in his patient and pleasant manner in dealing with me as a customer. The next time I want a pair of running shoes, I will contact Pardon. I highly recommend him, and Fleet Feet Sports.

The service Jane Montgomery provided was outstanding! She took the time to have me try out several different brands of shoes and was able to steer me towards the right type of shoe based on the wear pattern from my old shoes. I have been wearing the Brooks Ghost series for years and in the end wound up with the Brooks Ghost 9. After having gone for a few runs in the new shoes I couldn't be happier with them. This is the same consistent level of service I have received every time I have gone there. Thanks again!
