Mrs. Frances at Davis’s Bridal in Augusta is the best! She is just as down to earth and southern as the rest of us. I will be using “my angel” as part of my vocabulary because it sounds so sweet when she says it. Thank you Mrs. Frances for helping my daughter and I have the experience of a lifetime finding her dress. We would have never even thought of trying it on had it not been for you. David’s Bridal watch that one she is a one of a kind jewel that cannot be replaced.

Wow! I came in without an appointment and was helped immediately after I walked in the door. I can say that the customer service here is better than any other bridal store in town. I didn't even expect to find the perfect dress when I came in, but they asked what I was looking for and helped me pick 3 dresses to try on. I only tried on 2 before I made my pick. I honestly didn't think it'd be that easy!! On top of that, they made sure to stay in my budget, no questions asked.

My consultant was amazing! She found dresses in my price range, and in 30 minutes I found the dress! Keep in mind, I showed her a dress that I was confident was the one from a previous shop. She managed to find a dress that was similar, but also had extra design details that Ibwas seeking. She was very helpful and kept the mood very cheery. She also helped my brides maids find their dresses. Overall, it is a great store with good deals and great workers!

I had a great experience today at David's Bridal! Michele Hattman helped me with my dress alterations. She was extremely professional and pleasant! Michele gave me several tips so I will look and feel my best on the day of the wedding. She made me feel beautiful and confident! Michele is a treasure!

I had a really great experience. I was a little skeptical about having someone help because I wanted to look on my own. I didnt want someone breathing down my neck about things I didn't like. I was able to find lots of dresses that I liked. When I put my dress on I knew as soon as I turned around it was the one. I cried! I went in to just look. Never expected to walk out with a dress!

I was very pleased with Mrs. Frances. She was prepared and she knew her stuff. She was kind, loving like a grandmother. She aimed to make me happy and wasn't pushy. The store was clean and has my size and I'm a big girl

I had a wonderful experience saying yes to my dress. My consultant was amazing. She had a printout of my online favorites list ready to go so she could pull five from my list and five from the store inspired by my list. Tasha made me feel so special and like a true bride. Once I had the dress on and picked out my veil, I knew it was meant to be. Thank you so much!

It was an absolutely amazing experience! Mrs. Frances is an absolute doll! I drove all the way from Savannah, GA to look at a dress, and it was the best decision I could have made. She held the dress for me, and when I put it on it was perfect. I felt beautiful, and it turned into a celebration of finding the perfect dress! I'll go back to Augusta and their friendliness and fun atmosphere any time I need a special occasion dress, and will recommend them to ALL future brides!!!

From the second I walked in I knew I wanted to buy my wedding dress there! Everyone was so helpful and so friendly! Ms. France is the sweetest woman on earth! She will do absolutely everything her power to make you feel so special and like you're the only person in her world! Not only did we buy my wedding dress here all of my bridesmaids ordered there's from here as well and they have a beautiful assortment of dresses to choose from in all sizes and colors! The alterations department is also wonderful! Ms. Michele is great! I needed a jeweled sash to be taken off the white one it comes on and placed on a navy blue one. She did this with no problem and she got it back to me sooner than anticipated! My daughters dress also needed to be altered, and that was taken care of very swiftly and professionally! If you need or want anything for a wedding or prom definitely come to THIS shop! I love it!!

Great experience for my daughter! We shopped online for her prom dress and was able to go into the store for appropriate sizing and feedback before placing the order online (due to timeframe of needing item). Natasha in the Augusta, GA store was very helpful with suggestions of undergarments and jewelry. Quick and successful visit!!

Melissa was my consultant during my trip to the Augusta Davids bridal. She was so sweet and listened to everything I did and did not like. She was very positive and joked which makes any stressful situation so much better. I found a dress at another bridal store that I loved ($1650-ouch) and I found the exact same style at Davids for $400. I highly recommend going to Davids for your needs. They have great deals. Don't forget to ask for Melissa!!!

It was okay. I think had it been me in the sales associates position I would have been able to sell me a veil, shoes jewelry and I had to wait 30 minutes for my garment bag that was already paid for. Then she tried to charge me again. I would do a better job than your sales associates did. Both when I picked out my dress n when I picked it up. Now as for the alterations and personnel there.. EXCELLENT! BUT YOU NEED BETTER HELP IN SALES!

Huge selection of gowns. You can find some absolutely gorgeous dresses here. Many of them could be worn for more than just prom or weddings. I was highly impressed. I didn't love the staff as I sensed a lot of snootiness from the few I interacted with. I was taking my sister in law out to look at prom dresses. I felt as though I was not taken very seriously & that it was assumed that I was not going to buy anything. There was lots of emphasis on the fact that they couldn't guarantee the dress to be available if not purchased that day. You know those times you find yourself contemplating buying something you don't necessarily want to buy just to show someone you can? That's how I felt. It was her 1st time dress hunting and the 3rd store we checked. We still had a lot of grounds to cover before we were ready to make a selection. I would've liked to feel less like julia Roberts in pretty woman and more like a potential customer who is narrowing down options and that my potential business is appreciated. For that reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5.

My appointment was at noon but I was running behind and didn't arrive until 12:30. I was greeted quickly, given the paperwork n the salesperson came to get me n start shopping!! Frances was so precious n an extremely helpful consultant!!!! She made me feel special, beautiful, glamorous and excited to be her client even after the sale!! I appreciate her help n Keen eye for savings!!! Go in n ask for her n u will not be sorry! She will get u in the perfect dress n make u feel as special as a princess!!!! Thank u Frances!!!
