Taylor Hensley is by far the best salesman there. Very knowledgeable about all the vehicles. I suggest asking for him if you are looking to buy a car.

Completely unorganized, not much selection. Our salesman wasn't bad but everyone else wanted to get involved and tell me what I wanted even though I knew which model I wanted

I took my 2015 Kia Sportage in for an oil change and tire rotation. When I called to make an appointment earlier in the week I was told the appointment was Friday, 9:45. When I got to the dealership, Desmond said he showed the appointment was Saturday, 9:45. He told me there was no problem. My car was served in less than 45 minutes and I was on my way. Great job Desmond and Elizabeth, the technician.

Had a horrible experience over the past two years I have bought four kias from this dealer Matt Holley is a great salesman and has gone above and beyond in being helpful. However the service department recently replaced a tire on one of my Kia fortes two days later we noticed a golf ball size buble on the tire . The car was driven to work and the bubble continued to grow so we took the car back to the dealer where they refused to replace the defective tire free of charge. The service department manager was very disrespectful suggesting we were at fault . After having bought four vehicles at this store and been in talks of a fifth I have decided to trade in all of my vehicles and no longer do business with a company that does not stand by the product

My husband and I recently were in the market for a new SUV. We narrowed our search down to two vehicles. We went to Kia of Augusta and was able to get exactly what we wanted at the price we wanted thanks to Damiyon Laws. He worked hard giving us several options that was within our budget. If you are in the market for a new or used vehicle we highly recommend that you speak with Mr. Laws. Thanks so much for making this a easy and pleasant experience.

The car I bought had some really fun hidden problems, they can't get my tags and registration figured out after 2 and a half months, and if you live in barracks just go somewhere else because they will need a lease agreement on top of orders, unlike normal dealers. You'd be better off going to one of the notorious dealers outside the gate than this place.

EDIT: Bought the car in DECEMBER, and dealership can't figure out how to submit my title paperwork to reflect my loan, so I get to deal with a higher interest rate. PLEASE don't go here. Save yourself lol.

Another update: The key fob that came with the car is irreparable. Another expense I will have to pay that they should have fixed.

Be careful of radio advertisement. Minimum for trade in is not what is said on radio. Plus if you have excellent credit they still charge you high interest rate. Sales person was helpful it is the finance area that is problem. Will never buy another KIA vehicle again.

We got great customer service from Mia! She was ready and willing to help us find what we were looking for even in rain and heat. Even though we didn't get anything we appreciate you showing us cars today.

Now I had dealings with this location twice. The first time I was looking for some new tires everyone was really friendly and went out their way to help. However I went somewhere cheaper. The second time I needed switches for my car. Now prior I already did some research on these parts. When I talked to the service department about the cost I couldn't believe one of the parts was almost 400.00 when doing my research it stated 80.00 for the same part. So I called Kia in Evans. Both parts that they order only cost 200.00. If I would have ordered there for both parts I would have been out of an extra 300.00. I thought both locations was the same but come to find out there different with different pricing.

Even though I have tried other dealerships, I keep coming back to Kia because they have the friendliest, most helpful staff of any dealership I have ever been to. They are courteous, never pushy, and will do whatever it takes to make their customers happy. Gary and James in particular are wonderful to work with. My car was totaled in an accident and this was an unexpected need and expense, but these two gentlemen took a difficult situation and made it as painless as possible. If you need a great salesman, ask for Gary Connie! :)

From the beginning my experience was pleasant, informative, and positive. Quickly my experience went down the toilet very fast. From the second I meet Dennis Gould he was condescending arrogant and overall the worse person in sales I've ever encountered. Im sincerely not sure why he is a representative of this establishment. He has zero customer service ethics. Now on the other hand my experience with Al Harris was nothing but exceptional. He was very informative of all questions concerning my new purchase of my vehicle. If it was not for Al Harris and his attitude A1 customer service I was going to walk away
But because of Al the purchase went amazing. I would recommend if you are going to purchase a new car to give your business to Al Harris
If I was the owner of this company my first cut would be Dennis Gould
He is extremely rude arrogant and has the poorest customer service skills I've ever encountered. Please Kia re evalute your decision in having him as a representative of your company. Thanks to Al Harris and only Al Harris I am a new car owner. Again Kia save money and customers by the dismissal of Dennis Gould
    Thanks so much
A satisfied customer of Al Harris
