Very bad retun policy. Items are extremely overpriced, sometimes more than twice what you can find online. You are better off ordering online and waiting rather than taking a trip and buying from this store.

Very helpful staff here and tons of parts. They've always had exactly what I need in stock, and they're willing to discuss the issue with the appliance to come up with a solution. Be aware - no returns on electronics, so do your troubleshooting first!

Pretty much the only parts supplier in town and they have A TON! You can find parts cheaper online, but this is true for just about any product. Their prices are not unfair. I couldn't beat their price for my washing machine gasket and when you need the part quick, it's nice not to have to pay a premium to a local place with huge markups. Fox works closely with just about every repair company in town and you're likely getting parts from them anyway.
