The Exchange Starbucks was awful. I got there at 7, didn t leave until 7:20. They were training a new person, which I understand has to be done, but it doesn't take 4 people to train 1 person. Once I did get my beverage, it took an additional 2 minutes to give me a slice a pumpkin bread. No cook time required. I should have been given that before my beverage was made. The staff was friendly, that's the only reason they got 1 star.

I love this Post Exchange. The customer service is good and the merchandise is well organized. A great shopping experience.

A lot better since the remodel. Tons of sports and active wear but still needs more casual and business cloths. Gun/ weapons counter not bad for a department store.

Very convenient and they often times have small selections but good quality items. I usually do most my shopping here becase I live less than 2 miles away. The building is always very clean and the employees are always nice.

The new PX is huge. Great deals and prices. I don't care for the independent sales people who jump at you to try and get you to buy something.

VERY NICE. Clean. No crime. Not all the vendors are the most engaging, but at least they are not badgering you like in a civilian mall. The Starbucks is fabulous and the food court has a good variety. The PX has great, quality items. I would skip the cell phone selling section though - they are pushy and a bit rude.

Our local exchange here at ft Gordon is great, and getting better. The expansion project that they did made it much nicer.

Great prices, no taxes. Good selection of items, class six is its own separate location which threw me off the first time I was there. Just a warning.

Love their clearance you have to look because most of the time they don't pull stuff out on clearance they just mark it down on the box but they have great household decor and furniture!

Clean store with a bit of everything. Gets super packed at food section during soldier lunch and the entire place is busy saturdays.

I like the new renovated exchange. They did not move the furniture section from the old building into the new one. If you want to purchase any furniture it has to be ordered and then delivered, there is nothing actually in stock. They have a good selection of clothes, shoes, electronics, TV and outdoor items.

I love the new Post Exchange at Fort Gordon. I can pick up my prescriptions and shop in the stores. I also have my hair done at the salon. The new food court is great for a quick bite. The PX grocery store is nextdoor. Do all your shopping at one time. I have always been treated with respect and kindness.
