We are here 3 times a month! It is by far one of our favorite spots in Fort Wayne! I've never been dissapointed. Friendly servers and management! The kids love the combinations available and everyone can customize how the want to eat!

Our First bad experience at the flat top grill happened tonight, and they messed up our 6 bowls twice. Although mangament did the right thing and gave us a reduced rate, the manger also gave us a bunch of attitude since she reported that she cooked it herself. Since you as a customer select the items yourself to stir fry along, with the specific sauces, you know exactly what yours and what isn't. Your name is on a wood stick even so I don't have an idea how it's even possible to mess it up??? Anyhow, I will be back and hope this was just a bad night at a regularly nice place to eat. Besides it all, our waitress was great and pleasant throughout it all..manager however could take some lessons from the staff on how to treat their customerssigned someone who doesn't usually complain.

Been here oftenusually get the seafood protein (shrimp and scallops) made into soup using large quantity of cilantro, peanut sauce and teriyaki sauce with red chili sauce for heat. Dine outside, if possible. Excellent experience. Inside is too loud

Food was very good as usual. I brought my kids for the first time and they liked it too. The down side was after we turned in our food selections to be cooked, it took nearly an hour to get our food back to our table. Food was hot when served, so the waitress did a good job.

Music extremely loud and obnoxious. Asked them to turn it down three times. Talk to the manager about it, but the music kept getting louder! Food is stir fry, so it is an acquired taste for those who like stir fry.

First of all the food is pretty great! The stir fry concept is always a great idea. You get to pick what you want and how much. The problem with this restaurant is that the service can be spotty sometimes. One time you will be waited on quickly and then other times it will take 10 minutes. So if you aren't in a rush to get things done and willing to wait a bit it is worth it. Also be careful, if you don't want something or allergic to something request dietary restriction for the food to be made on a sperate wok type of pan.

Nothing to get excited about.
Its clean the staff are friendly enough.
The food? Very very average. Totally unremarkable. I could actually get a better burger at Red Robin. The steak is just steak its right there with Applebee's. It's no Chops, or even Outback.

Everyone there is so nice. I've never had any employee ever have any attitude, look at me weird, or anything. One time my friend and I went in and got food to carry out and while we were waiting for it to be cooked, the waiter gave us a lemonade and a root beer on the house and it was really sweet. Turns out their lemonade is the best lemonade I've ever had in my life. So one day we were at Jefferson pointe and I wanted some so I planned on going in to just buy a glass of lemonade to walk around the mall with and the guy was like okay and then gave me the lemonade and when I handed him my card he was like no it's fine. It's little things like that that are just so sweet and make people's day.
