I purchased my first Subaru here in 2017, which is also my only second car purchase at a dealership in a long time. Fitzgerald Subaru Rockville's staff is very professional and especially Sales Associate Pedro Camacho who helped us through the entire procedure. He is sincere and offered all the information I needed to know about the vehicle. One of the most sincere sales person I have met. Overall, I would greatly recommend Fitzgerald Subaru Rockville to anyone looking to buy Subaru.

Claudia in the Service department is fantastic! She's helpful, informative and went the extra mile by referring me to Kimberly Francis to help familiarize me with my new Forester. Kimberly was tremendously helpful and I must say the Love-Encore program is essential for getting the most out of your car. Great program and staff.

I have had my 2004 Subaru Outback serviced by Rockville Fitzgerald Subaru since I purchased the car used in January 2010 from another dealer. I have always been happy with my service experience at Fitzgerald. Recently, it came time for me to let go of my 14 year old car and look for another. Fitzgerald's Service manager referred me to one of their sales staff, Tom Redlack. I was considering 4 different cars and they had all 4 models in their used inventory. Tom was great to work with. I like their "no hassle" pricing policy and no pressure environment. I was able to find a newer used car very much to my liking and took advantage of their extended warranty program. I was very pleased with my experience at Fitzgerald.

Purchased my Subaru from Fitzgerald a few years ago. The experience was very good, the Forester has been a wonderful car, and I would buy from them again. Today was really my first experience having the car serviced. My need wasn't complicated, a tire repair, but I also asked them to check certain items such as the brakes, hoses and belts. At other places that often results in a phone call detailing hundreds of $ of "necessary" work. When they called, it was simply to say my car was in good shape and ready for pickup. My only charge was for the tire. That's a great feeling. I will feel better taking my car there in the future.

Just moved to the neighborhood and had to get service for a Subaru issue. I dropped it off at night and they called straight away in the morning. It turned out to be an apparently pretty rare issue with the emergency brake module. The service rep I spoke with was awesome. He was just really sympathetic because he knew it was a terribly expensive repair-- and there really was nothing he could do about it. And I accepted that because you have to have a braking system and I want my kids to be safe. I felt confident that they were honest and fair about the whole thing. What I want is integrity, and I feel I got it. Because it was a weird part, it had to be special ordered. But they put a rush on it knowing I had a vacation planned that weekend-- even sent someone to drive out of the area to physically pick up the part to accommodate my tight schedule. That's pretty damned good service by any measure.

I bought a used Subaru at a dealership in Baltimore and experienced battery failure a month later. The Baltimore Subaru told me that warranty did not cover the battery and that even if it did, there would be a $200 deductible, so I took it to Fitzgerald Subaru in Rockville, which is close to my house. They were very friendly, accommodated me on a Saturday morning, and fixed the issue in about an hour. Best of all, they researched my car and found that I had an extended battery warranty. In the end, I got a free battery replacement, free installation, and a courtesy car wash. I will definitely come back for future service needs.

Didn't quite have a good experience. Salesman I had wasn't very friendly, didn't really push for me to want to buy the car. It was more like a "here's the car, go ahead and sign" and with a big purchase like a vehicle, I didn't feel at all comfortable with discussing it with him. Basically felt I was expected to just accept the price and terms and sign. Did get to go on a test drive, but was painfully awkward, no talking, no explanation of any features unless I inquired. I'm not saying I didn't go in not knowing what I wanted, but buying a car isn't like buying a TV or kitchen appliance, it's worth it to build a relationship with your buyer since it's such a big investment. My salesman made me feel like I was just another transaction, so I declined. Went to a standalone Subaru dealership and was treated exponentially better. Still didn't get a car, but the salesman there was more than willing to help me with any concerns I had, explained every portion of the what I'd be paying with great detail, did his best to get the exact car I wanted and gave me options on how to, and was very understanding that I was hesitant that it was still over my budget and assured me that I didn't need to pull the trigger if I was so unsure and that I could call back anytime for further questions.

I recently purchased my Subaru Outback at Fitzgerald Subaru in Rockville, my overall sales experience was great and everyone was knowledgeable and professional.
I want to comment on my Love Encore visit with Ms. Kimberly. This visit was scheduled a couple weeks after my purchase. Kimberly spent time with me explaining about all the gadgets on the new car, answering all my questions about entertainment center, eyesight and starlink, etc. She was so helpful, didn't waste my time but showed me extra stuff I hadn't realized about my new car. She was fast, efficient and informative--and very professional and friendly! And at the end of this visit I received a free gas card.
I highly recommend to everyone that is buying their first Subaru or next Subaru to schedule this meeting with Ms. Kimberly as part of Love Encore. you will not regret it!

Love Encore is a great program. Meeting for about 30 minutes with Kimberly Francis and all questions answered! Kimberly is patient and helpful and knows what you want to ask just from looking at you. I wish Subaru had this program when in bought my first two Subarus!! Kudos to Kimberly too!

This review is for a car maintenance service after 30,000 miles involving a general check besides oil change and tire rotation, at Fitzgerald Subaru Rockville. It took a day but I got a loaner car free of charge. Donny my service manager was exceptionally courteous and made me feel treated in a special way. He did some discount, that was welcome, on the final pretty high bill. The final surprise was when he delivered my car, he had personally vacuum cleaned not only the driver sit but the whole interior of the car. Thank you Donny!

Even after using a reliable buying service, the quoted price was the best by several hundred dollars. The price quoted on the phone was the price we paid. There was no pressure to add anything. We did not pay for extra parts of packages that we did not ask for. I have used Fitzgerald before (12 years ago), and the experience was the same, so their policy is solid.
I bought a protection plan, then, 3 weeks later, decided that I did not want it. The customer service rep was helpful and efficient in helping me cancel it - turns out that I had 90 days to do so! No hassle, no sell, just help.

We recently bought a Subaru Outback from Fitzgerald Subaru Rockville, and our car-buying experience there was very much satisfactory. Sales manager Andrew and his staff were always courteous and quick to answer our questions.

My wife and I particularly appreciated Fitzgerald Subaru's post-purchase review program, which was tremendously helpful for us to understand various features of the new car that we couldn't quite understand fully or even know their existence. (We understand it is a new program, and sincerely hope that Subaru will keep it going in the future.) Ms. Kimberly Francis who met with us in the review was excellent! She was kind, thorough, and provided clear answers to many questions from us. We were even given a $50 gas coupon at the end of the review session. :-)
