This place feels like they are entitled to a 300% return by charging a $30.00 insufficient fund fee if you overdraft $0.01 in your account. Now tell me, how does it make since to charge someone that has no money more money to make their account go further in the negatives. Smh let's not forget banks have always been the problem in this country and they still are the single biggest group of greedy, money hungry thieves, In today's modern America. I'm ready for bitcoin to take over so that all these moronic bank employees will fall to their face from their high horses. Horrible experience every time I deal with someone from this credit union. Btw I work in the financial industry have many friends that work for bigger banks and have yet to be treated like I have by this tiny loan shark of an office called feildstone credit union. Closing out account this week.

I have been with this bank over 18 years.
Great service, in and out, friendly, they know your name when you walk in. gives u an umbrella when it's raining and a cold bottle of water when it's hot out.

If you're self employed I wouldn't advise going to this bank. They have no idea how to read the tax forms. I applied for a car loan and I wrote off my truck which is legal to do. Yet they are trying to tell me the truck payment came out of my net income. I had my tax lady send several documentation over and they still couldn't figure it out. I've never been treated so unfairly.

I can not stand this place OR THEIR TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I lost my debit card Ann had gone in and told them I needed a new one ordered 2 days BEFORE thanksgiving. They said it would take 2 weeks. Okay that's fine. 2 weeks goes by and they tell me just give it a few more days because the holiday. I again said okay. Then go in 4 days later just for them to tell me is HAS NOT even been ordered yet!!!! So they tell me they are going to rush it and that it should be here within a couple days. My card still isn't here and now they tell me they once again DID NOT put the rush so I have to just wait til it comes in the mail!!!
