Excellent service and was able to watch one of my favorite shows while I was waiting LOL they actually took the time when I got there to look through my history and kind of Praise my efforts for keeping my car and it's service up to date so that was nice to hear kind of like a pat on the back you know yeah I would recommend them!

Great A+ customer service.. Took car in to get a FOB. They got me set, with a car wash and fixed a dent in license plate. They even follow-up after you leave. Love these guys!!

Was shopping around for an Impala. Ernie helped my husband find exactly what he was looking for. Ernie is nice, not pushy and really listens to what you want. They had a vehicle that we were intererested in at the Frankfort location. He offered to get it and others for us, so we could take a look. We however went up to Frankfort another day (as it is only a few minutes the other direction) to test drive it and check it out. The salesman there was very professional and didnot try to take the sale away from Ernie, which I admired greatly. As it turns out, we loved the car and Ernie made it happen with a great price that we both loved. He made buying this car, very enjoyable. I will be recommending him and the dealership to friends and family in the future.

I purchased a used Nissan Frontier on 10/4/17. Larry Chouinard was my salesman. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, and very professional. Once we agreed to a price, I was never pressured to buy an extended warranty or anything else that I didn't want. Wayne Licka in finance was thorough and answered all of my questions. The process only took a couple of hours from the time I arrived at the dealership until the time I left with my purchase. In the future, it will be worth it for me to drive to Phillips to buy my next vehicle.

Need RV Service Work? GO TO PHILLIPS RV! While my initial experience didn't go quite as planned Mike quickly reached out to me to get my unit back in!
Update: Unit brought back in and repairs flawlessly executed and unit was able to be picked up in plenty of time for our next trip.
Update: Unit brought back in again for some additional work and Phillips again got to the bottom of our issues and fixed in a timely fashion. I am extremely happy with the communication they have had with me along the way as well as the great work on my unit. Thanks Service Team!!!response / report this review -

I have to tell you this dealership is staffed with some exceptional salesman (ie; Robin Beckner) is on the top of his gameWayne Licka the Fianance Manager was exceptional as well. I had an experience at another local Ford dealership two weeks ago and spent 4 1/2 hours and NEVER bought a car due to that dealership unwilling to deal with me. So we tried here and have mostly drove Chevy Cars and there is absolutely a reason. In one hour 20 minutes I had agreed to buy the car here from Robin I also note that while at this dealer today they were BUSY and selling cars right and left The past week at Ford not "one" customer entered that dealer in a 4 hour period wonder WHY ??? Thanks to Robin and Wayne I also want to mention one other employee and that is Danielle. She kept in touch with me during surgery and after to see when we were coming in. Finally we were able to come and drove away a happy customer.

I had give a lesser review a week ago, I had a small issue and the service manager called me and went above and beyond fixing it for me, so I feel compelled to put out another rating on my review, before you give any negative feedback please contact Mike the service manager..I am so pleased with how I was treated as a customer, my issue was only on a charge I felt unfair, the service team has continuously been helpful and friendly..We dealt mostly with Dan, he was extremely friendly and courteous, he worked around our schedule, he continuously updated us on how everything was going with our vehicle.I most definitely will buy mu next car from this dealership again, we have purchased 4 already over the years and they never fail to impressThankyou again for working with us

Everyone was polite, professional and to the point. Larry, Wayne and Logan made the process simple and easy. Appreciated that Larry listened to what type of vehicle I was looking for and the prince range that I was comfortable with. There was no pressure to purchase something I didn't want, the process took no more than an hour and I drove away with a brand new Malibu.

My experience at Phillips Hyundai was fantastic,, Joe Maguire is an excellent salesperson. He was able to locate and deliver my 2017 Tucson Limited at the price I wanted. Any questions I had he was able to answer. Beside Joe all other employee, that I had contact with, treated me with courtesy and respect

Everybody at this dealership was great to deal with. Brendan was especially welcoming and made me feel comfortable throughout my experience at the dealership. As you can imagine, buying a car for the first time is a very big decision to make and Brendan was the only salesman at any dealership I dealt with that made me feel completely at ease. I found Brendan to be a very bright, relatable and trustworthy young man who was a straight shooter from the moment I walked in the door. Brendan, and the dealership in general were very accommodating and worked with me to find the right vehicle within my price range. I highly recommend this dealership and working with Brendan, although I am sure all of their salesman are just as great!

Had a really nice experience with the dealership, Things I'd mention are:
- Customers friendly and professional oriented people. Mainly worked with Brendan Keough. He gave me an extended test ride on the car and let me check all the features and modes I'd like to. Paid attention to details and my questions / concerns. Didn't hesitate to work on my case for a while after his work day was finished and on the next day that even wasn't his work day.
- They did a great job with financing my purchase. My APR was finally significantly lowered for ~5.5%, even more than I expected based on my stillresponse / report this review
