Been doing business here for many years. Service department top notch! John and Debbie real assets to the dealership. I recently bought a 2016 Escape in March. I wound up paying sticker for it. I’ve never paid sticker for a car before! I won’t do it again! If I had more time I would have shopped around. I was disappointed when I came for a works package. Not with the work done but rather that every customer in the waiting room was approached with a need to get new air filters and a tire or two. I declined as did more than half the people there. My car doesn’t have enough miles on it to need anything but an oil change and wiper fluid top off!
So then, while in Chicago, I got hit by a semi truck while I was parked and in my car. That was horrifying! Car was drivable and I decided to use Court Street Ford to repair the damage. Semi’s insurance said they weren’t their choice but I got to choose so a week later the car went in. I brought my car in at the designated time and waited over an hour to get into Candy’s office with no explanation. I think she was waiting on the adjuster to show up and once he did she was talking to him about a car for Him not my car. He said his company car wasn’t working for him so he wanted a different car! I felt like that could have been done at another time! I was having panic attacks from the accident and just wanted to go home so did not need all this stuff that didn’t concern me! Candy told me my car would be in the shop for a week to a week and a half. It was a month. I had a rental which the insurance covered but it was a Nissan and very uncomfortable and different than my Escape. I kept being told a few more days each time I called to ask when my car would be done. I started to wonder if they lost my car or something. I didn’t want to go in because I felt like Candy wasn’t really thrilled when I called. I don’t feel like I would go back to Court Street’s collision center again. From what I see the work looks fine but I feel like when I choose to bring someone close to $5000.00 in repairs I should be treated better. Now if John or Debbie took care of me i’d reconsider going back. It just gave me time think about it all. Oh and when I picked up my car the other day I got rushed into signing a check and some paper saying any further checks would be made out directly to Ford. What did I sign that for??? I asked Candy what took so long since she had told me a week to a week and a half and she said she never told me that! So she thinks I made that up or was lying? That’s what she told me! I stand by my word!

I researched the tire recommendation Court Street Ford made. The Michillin tire was rated 10 across the board - except for snowwhich was an 8. It doesn't get any better on an all purpose tire! Anyway, the installation went great. Thought I thought after 108,000 miles the car might need an alignment, they assured me that it was not necessary. They have always been honest with me about such matters. I paid less than I thought, thanks to their honesty. That's why I have bought cars from them for the past 38. years.

What an awesome experience!!! Tina Davis was so friendly and kind. After totaling my car I was worried it would be a nightmare to buy a new one. It was the easiest transition ever!! The financing was quick and easy. 2 thumbs up for sure. Thanks Tina!!!!

Court St. Ford helped me find exactly what I wanted for a vehicle. Tina Davis was the best, she answered any and all my questions about my new vehicle and spent a lot of time explaining everything. Thanks Tina for making this an easy transfer!

Court street ford now requires your personal information just to view their vehicle inventory. I was looking for my 83 year old father. They didn't have anything he was interested in. Unfortunately now I get text messages, phone calls and emails from court street Ford. Such desperation from a car dealership. 30 seconds on their website got all this unwanted communication. 3 times now. Please take me off all your lists!

I'll let you be the judge.99.00 fee to isolate the lit air bag light on my dash(always stays on doesn't go off). Phone call from dealership, the trouble is under your seat! Where under the seat??? Don't know, 169.00 to take the seat out! 😂😂😂😂😂😂 ..SO you didn't isolate the trouble??? Yes it's under the seat! What is the trouble under the seat???? Gotta take the seat out to find it! My 99.00??? Gone.basically telling me your air bag dash light is on, thanks for the 99.00! Tease you .then lay the hammer to you! Then they wanted 169.00 to remove the seat! I would have been at 269.00 to just get started with the repair!! I said STOP!! I'll pick it up. I mean they were very nice .BUT that's highway robbery!

Got a great deal on a truck with none of the normal pushy sales tactics I experienced elsewhere. My salesperson, Jill, was especially easy to work with.

I walked up to the front desk, and no one said hello. I waited at the front desk for someone to help me, and no one approached. After waiting five minutes, with no help, I continued outside to look at the vehicles. After walking around ffr about 20 minutes, and seeing a truck that I would have bought, still no one felt the need to talk to or help me. It could've been the clothes I was wearing or the fact the I'm a brown man. Either way I won't be buying from this dealership. Nice trucks though.

Best place to get your oil changed! Only place I've ever trusted to work on my car they would never do you wrong. They have great customer service and strive for there customers to leave with a smile on there face. Also you get reward for whatever you spend at court street if you are buying parts, getting your oil changed (they also count your oil changed I believe the 7th one is free) or service on your vehicle you will get money back on there reward program to use toward your next visit.
