These guys are great to work with. I've had tires, brakes, and bearings done on tandem boat trailer and brakes done on car as well as lower ball joints. It didn't cost me a fortune either. Very happy, Thomas Rocks!!!!

Horrible customer service!!! I called at 9 AM and asked if they could change the oil and fix a leaking tire on a company fleet vehicle. They stated they could take it at 2 PM and it would take about an hour. When I arrived at 2 PM, the car didn't more from the parking lot for over 90 min then took an hour to actually do the work. 2.5 hours later I got my car back. Also, when I got there, they though they needed more information from the fleet managing company for billing reasons before they would look at the car, instead of calling the fleet management themselves, the guy at the desk, handed me his card and told me to have them call him. So I just stood at the desk and called the feel management and asked them to call him, and continued to stand there while they put me on hold to call him (standing directly in front of me), it was rediculaus.

They put in our radiator in but broke the nozzle that goes to the radiator so now we need a new radiator and this is a waste of my time. I gave a two because the air compressor blowing cold air is great!

Sat there 2 hours for them to tell me my tire is to old (he was out there to check the year when I first got there.) Then they put a new tire on my truck. a DIFFERENT SIZE THEN THE OTHER FRONT TIRE. After I told him they were not stock size on the truck when. I called them about it he told me he didn't check cuz there was snow on my tire so he couldn't see the size. REALLY? And still acted like he did me some big favor then try ed to blame me.. not my job to know what size the tired are Now they want to charge me to put the correct size tire on not my fault you do not know how to do your job correctly putting a different size tire on the front end of my truck is in no way helping me out. HORRIBLE I WILL NEVER GO BACK AND TELL EVERYONE I KNOW WHAT THEY DID.
