  A Typical small town specialty shop. If you are a novice or have not been riding for 20 years you will be talked to like an idiot. The tall guy walks around with a chip on his shoulder like a disgruntled postal employee and offers his wisdom in the form of bully-esk quips. I had the choice to lay down $400 bucks in this store or take my business somewhere that I felt treated with respect. Guess which one I chose.

  They are absolutely amazing! I purchased my first mountain bike and accessories there and took my husband back for his. They are very knowledgeable and friendly!

  We moved to Jacksonville from Fernandina Beach about 6 months ago, and our bikes (now discontinued) were stolen. We returned to Fernandina for about a month to enjoy the beach, etc and decided that it was time to buy a new set of bikes in order to take full advantage of the island.
  
  We walked into this store on a Saturday, and Chris was so friendly helpful. He let us take several bikes out for a spin. We decided that if we were going to purchase a bike, it would be from this store. When we shortlisted our favorite bikes, he offered to find out from the manufacturer/distributor whether they had in stock the bikes that we wanted (model, color, speed, etc.) By Monday he had called us to inform that he ordered the bikes, but no commitment to purchase. My husband ordered the 3G matte black with copper rims, 3 speed. I wanted glossy black with red rims. The black/red was available in matte, but Chris managed to find both matte and glossy and ordered both. The bikes arrived in store by Wednesday and we picked them up yesterday (Thursday, fully assembled and accessorized. I might add that Joel, the owner helped us select more accessories such as locks and lights. We chose two locks and one set of lights and he threw those in for free, at least a $50 value.
  
  We would recommend this shop for sales, service and overall an excellent experience.
  
  Note - Don't forget to write your serial numbers and store in a safe place, with a photo. It's not fun having your awesome bike stolen!
