I placed an order with Elaine this morning and everything seemed okay until I asked her to repeat the order back to me to confirm the information. She had the credit card number wrong, street address wrong, and the note on the card wrong. I asked if there was someone else I could talk to about the order because I wasn't comfortable that all the information was correct. She told me they wouldn't be taking my order and to call someone else. I am so glad I asked them to confirm everything or my order would have been incorrect and not delivered to the right address. Please confirm all information on all orders placed here.

I recently received roses from my boyfriend as a special surprise. Unfortunately after 2 days the roses drooped. One phone call and Flowers by Elaine dropped off a new bouquet and disposed of the old ones. Thank you to them for the great customer service.

My husband is deployed and ordered flowers for me for my birthday from FTD. My birthday was on Friday and when I didn't receive them by Saturday morning I call FTD. They placed a call to the florist. It wasn't until Monday that I received a call back from FTD stating they weren't delivered due to inclement weather! It was 96 degrees Friday, no storms or rain on Friday or Saturday! Then on Tuesday, late afternoon, I received the flowers! They were NOTHING like the photo on the website! They were wilted and it looked as if they were just thrown into the vase, not arranged at all! I told the delivery driver I was not happy! He proceeded to get angry with me saying he JUST received the order todaywhich was bull crap! Then he said he would take them back but he would NOT be back here today!! I was so mad! I kept them and took a picture for FTD! They are supposed to send another bouquet tomorrow5 days AFTER my birthday AND on top of me having to track down my own gift!!! I will NEVER use them again or FTD!! Buyer BEWARE!!!
