Arrived at Liberty and began looking at plants. Soon, Beth came over and started answering questions and leading us to the plants we were interested in. She was very helpful and knew where everything was. We bought several trees and plants and were also helped by Dan. From the moment we got there we knew this was a special place. Lots of choices, friendly people, and people willing to help. Fantastic experience.

I purchased 48 pieces of St. Augustine sod on a Saturday morning at 9:00 A.M. I laid the sod immediately after returning home and watered it for an hour. By 3:00 P.M. that afternoon a 1/3 of it was brown and had a straw like appearance. I watered it again that night for an hour and (2) more times on Sunday with no improvement. I took a picture of the sod and went back to Liberty Landscape Supply. After looking at the picture the person at the desk told me the sod was bad and most likely on the dead side when purchased. The person then went and showed the picture to the Manager who then came out and proceeded to tell me they could not guarantee the sod and that I need to have a soil analysis done. Needless to say, I did not perform the analysis, because all of the sod was placed in the same exact area, and the was only on the soil 5 hours before it turned brown.

Friendly, prompt service, very knowledgeable and helpful. Best thing of all was their prices are very reasonable. You won't be disappointed. The price for delivery can't be beat. Susan, Amy and all the guys in the yard are top notch.
