I've been in this store twice with different people working both times. I have been terribly underwhelmed by the customer service. Today, the girl stood behind the counter so that I could not see her and took items - that were included - out of the box of the product I was thinking of buying. She also attempted to sell me an atomizer that was missing the rubber rings that keep the vape liquid from spilling out. The products (e-cigs) I was looking at cost over $100 and the store has a no return policy. I would only reccommend shopping here as a last resort and would definitely advise that you beware of purposeful ripoffs. Make sure you are getting what you pay for. Employees appear to have low to no morals and act resentful of actually helping the customer.

If you're looking for paraphernalia, this may be your store. But, if you're looking for cigars, don't buy them here. Not properly humidified and taste like old socks. I didn't think you could ruin an Arturo Fuente Hemingway to this extent but, apparently, you can.

horrible markups on prices bought a e cigg smok pro that was twice the smok websites price whent in to buy an extra battery for it and bought a new tank and was pushed into buying there raw harvest liquid . it is garbage its too watery and wont burn right they pass it off as there premium..i cannot nor will i ever reckmmend this place to anyoneyour better off going to the pecan park flea market at least you get what you pay for
