I cannot say anything bad about this this place. The food is the freshest. It all taste as if they made it just after you ordered. Servers are very pleasant and seem eager to make your visit a pleasure.

We called Fenicci's around 10 PM to see if they could accommodate a party of 5 at that hour. They said yes, and by the time we arrived, had already set a place for us.

Our server, Megan, was kind and considerate to our three tired, cold, hungry children. The food was absolutely delicious, both my husband's simple dish (baked penne with a meatball), and my more complicated meal (seafood basil alfredo). The food came out so quickly and efficiently that our kids didn't even have time to whine in between courses!

Megan transformed what could have been a disaster of a meal into a lovely way to end our day at Hershey Park. We'll be back next year!

Fantastic food, our waitress Kayla was even better. Crab cakes were great. Chocolate martini's were delicious. We are from out of town and this was our first time there. Next time we are in the area we know where we will be eating dinner. Highly recommended.

Had reservations for 6pm. Seated on time, orders placed at 6:10 pm. Food didn't come till after 7.
We had tickets for a show at the theatre..at 7:30. Ate 3 bites of food and then had to box it to go.
Told twice during the process that they were waiting on a pizza for our table. No further explanation given.
Finally when the food came, we were told a large group ahead of ours ordered multiple pizzas and they ran out of oven space.
MAYBE they should consider altering the menu and offering personal size pizzas?!?
Only one person in our party ordered pizza and it had to be a full size, large pizza. There was no way she was going to eat the whole thing.
We were given an apology, but never offered a reduced check or discount. Staff could tell we were displeased and made no effort to appease our party of 6.
Food was standard, Italian, similar to other restaurants. Don't need to go out of my way to dine there again.
    Overall a disappointing dining experience..

My wife and I just went there for our thanksgiving weekend! Worst Risotto ever! When it came 15 minutes after we ordered our meal, I had a bad feeling because Risotto usually takes 45 minutes to make. The seafood spicy spaghetti was way too spicy and the spaghetti was cut into small pieces??!!! They offered to make something different but my wife and I didn't think anything else would be better. This place disappointed us big time!
Stop calling customers silly! What you need to do is get a real chef!

Return visit, had chocolate peanut butter porter to go with salmon dinner. Wife had chicken picatta and we both shared the family style salad. Food and service were both excellent with reasonable prices.

We came after the park closed at 10 because they were open later than other restaurants so we didn't have to rush. Sat in the bar area, and there was live music. A very pleasant surprise! The server, Katarinn(?) was fast, super nice, and recommended the lasagna pizza, which we were eyeing anyway. It was amazing (the New Yorker who is very picky called it "legit"). Thin crust but still chewy, not burnt at all. Will be back next time in Hershey.

This is just an unbelievably good old school Italian Resturant that has been around for several decades. Every meal I've eaten there has been excellent and the upside down pizza is insanity good. The bar is beautiful and very cozy. It has that European feel.

I look forward to visiting Feniccis this time every year. Phil takes care of us with excellent food & service. There is no better place to dine anywhere else in Hershey. Thanks Phil for running a first class establishment.

We ate there last June on vacation trip to Hershey Park. Good food, prices better than many places. Really liked the old style building and history of it. Hostess was younger girl named Ashley I think. She was super nice and the one that brought my son his certificate for finishing lasagna. Our server was a little older. She was adequate but not nearly as nice as Ashley but she did her job.
I would overall give the experience a 4 star but Phil and his responses make it a 5 star PLUS.
This place has better than average restaurant reviews. The whiners are just that certain kind of people that for some reason think they and their one meal are the only reason a restaurant exists. Check out their other reviews for other places
They should all eat at home.
    You tell em Phil!

Wanted to try based on other reviewsWas seated right away since it wasn't busy. Water was brought within 3 minutes of being seated. No other interactions from anyone else for 11 minutes so my wife and I left and went to Chipotles. Thank you for making our first visit to Hershey a memorable one.

Last Wednesday, my daughter and I were in Hershey PA to see a show at the Hershey Theater. We arrived early and decided to dine at an awesome restaurant, Fenicci’s, that is a mere 5-minute walk from the theater. What a wonderful dining experience! Seafood pasta is a favorite of ours and the entrees that we ordered at this splendid place were the best seafood pasta dishes that we’ve ever had (Mediterranean Seafood Pasta and Basil Alfredo Seafood Pasta). The bartender mixed our drinks (Vodka Gimlets) expertly and to perfection. Our server, Kelly, was pleasant, friendly and very attentive to making our dining experience truly memorable. Dining at Fenicci’s was the perfect way to begin our evening in Hershey PA. Extending sincere thanks, to Kelly and the staff at Fennici’s, for a truly awesome dining experience.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Food is decent Italian cuisine. Prices are quite reasonable. All in all its a good experience. Sitting outside on the deck is lovely. There aren't many options in the area, but this seems to be a good one. If your in town for dinner this is probably the best place to go.

We are visiting from Australia and loved finding this place. The service was a little slow at the begining, however this place was busy so understandable. Food and wine were terrific! Our waiter was lovely and even when I left my jacket there ran it down the street to me. This is the kind of service you dont find in the big city! Will come back if ever in Hershey again!
