When we arrived to pick up our mattress a week after we ordered it, we were told that they did not have it and offered us the floor model. We agreed but advises we wanted a 10% discount. Since the mattress was already paid for, the owner agreed to apply the discount toward an extra cover. We were told that the cover had to be ordered and that we would get a call when it arrived. One month and 6 unreturned phone calls later and still no cover. PLEASE call me back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Friendly, helpful owner. No hard sell. Sturdy, beautiful decently priced futon put together competently, delivered on time. Skip big box junk, buy local.

Baltimore has a lack of futon stores but this is place has a good selection and good prices. The staff was very friendly and helped me with my selection. They have many different types of futon but I prefer the ones with cotton and a foam center. Lucky for me, these are also the cheapest ones. If you want a futon stuffed with foam, they have them too but prepare for some sticker shock. They also have some clearance items with a huge discount but nothing that I really needed.

Wish I'd found this place a long time ago! Their futons (i.e., mattresses) are awesome, way better that what you'd find in the "bigger" mattress retail stores. They have actual "futon" mattresses, Japanese style, made of very good materials, though not in larger sizes (single sleeper). The more modern futons they have are probably better than most mattresses I've had, for a fraction of the price. Didn't buy any of the furniture, just a mattress, but everything looked of good quality (see: not Chinese, buy 'Merican). They seemed to have a decent variety of sofa/futon combos and a large number of mattress cover styles/colors. I would recommend it and return to buy more. Last but not least, the service was 5-stars: the kind of respectable, old-school, attentive service the US is sorely missing. I was treated very friendly and not pushy at all.

Their website seems a little lacking, but a stop by the store will have you chucking your current mattress out the window.
