BE CAREFUL
If i could give it a Zero star i would.
Make sure you take a picture of your car before and right after picking up your car.
The people that work there and even the MANAGER whose name is Manny are so shady and ignorant. My moms new car was towed by this Company after a car accident that occured to the front area of the car and when we went to pick it up from this place to take it to the toyota repair shop, we noticed that there was damage to the back of the car (where the accident did not occur, and no there was no damage to the back before the accident, it was a brand new car). The manager was the one who discharged the car for us and took us to the back garage to pick it up where I asked him about the damage. He just shrugged and said I dont know.
Because of my lack of knowledge and not being smart about it, I took the care home to take it to the repair shop.
Since my insurance did not want to be responsible for the damag to the back, we went back to the these guys to file a claim with Federal towings insurance. The manager said that he couldnt take responsability and that their “cameras for the garage were not working the day my car was received”. which is BS.
I came back a few other times trying to see if they could help and it was a complete waste of my time. Manny ignored me completely.
Now I have to pay a deductible with my insurance company when its not even my fault.

Very fast response time, very friendly and helpful! Had flat tire was there in 20 min fixed it and came back with tire fixed!

They fixed the car but did not put everything back in place. Of the things not reinstalled properly, one of my vents was on the floor, there was sticky paper with screws to put my dash back together on my center console, and random metal parts just on the floor of the passenger seat. They still charged me over a grand for the whole job and it wasn't completed properly. Would not recommend.

Very fast spot for emissions test and there oil changes have great discounts. I haven't had any other work done here yet but they seem fair

Diesel mechanic does not know how to work on trucks. He told me he had no idea what was wrong and to go rent a plow truck while he had my truck for over a month and a half. I paid these people $2200 to change the glow plugs and valve cover gaskets on a 7.3 Ford. I guess there diesel mechanic has never heard of an IPR valve that turned out to be the problem and I changed it myself. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

Quick and effective fix, good customer service. Our car broke down after dark on New Years weekend on our way back from a road trip. Federal was quick to arrive and pleasant to deal with. They were able to fix our car early the next morning and have us back on the road before 10 AM.

I just had the battery of my car checked and the technician from FAST named Rom who helped me was very thorough and explained to me clearly and honestly what the real status of my battery is. He also showed me my options if I were to change my battery and how the prorating works with AAA. Federal Towing you have one great employee. An example of exceptional service.

Took my car to be serviced..the owner was very friendly and knowledgeable..he got my car fixed quickly and at a very good price..I am extremely happy and will used him again..I strongly recommend this place.

After visiting my dealership for a routine oil change and being told I needed a whole host of things that made no sense, I went to Federal Auto. They checked out the car and confirmed only one of the items might make sense to replace. They then quickly made the repair and had my car ready the next day as promised! Courteous, Fair, Helpful where else can you go for a customer service experience like that!!!
