Called asked if they mount and balance 2 tires .The Girl on the phone said sure it's $20 per tire plus tax .Great thank you ,see you soon I show Andrew said he would not mount or balance someone else's tires. I just spent over $600 3 weeks ago on my Crv tires .I'm with this store for the 15 yrs. I have never left a bad review EVER .Hello Mavis (if I could leave 0 stars I would )

I have been a customer for many years. Always have great service whether I get a flat or need new tires. The staff has always been professional, friendly, and honest. Today Andrew hooked me up with a new tire fast and easy. Thank you Andrew and to all the great staff at town fair tire!

My husband went to this tire place because my car has a bubble on it. There three employee one on the phone. No acknowledge that he entered. No I will be right with you. No hello or welcome give me a second. Waited 5 to 10 minutes still no acknowledgement. My husband walk out. At that time he was acknowledge he left. I guess they didn't want to make money today!

Always went to Town Fair, most likely will never again, Bought Tires in Jan 2017 and got a package of wheels and tires, when got to the store the guy said he only had the wheels and didnt look like tires were purchased, showed the receipt from the online order that the guy from the Wallingford location pointed out how to order. They said they would get the tires but would take hour to get from East haven location warehouse. They finished the job in few hours, then 4 months down the road I had gone to balance tires because they were wobbly and the guy at Costco said I can not help you because you have the wrong size tires on your vehicle, I was fumed!!! to say the least. I called the corporate office because i wanted to get my money back and return the tires seeing I had to buy 4 new tires that were the correct size, I left a message 5-17-17. I never received a call back on the 18th, however I called back 3 times that day speaking to a receptionist the first time to pass along the info, then someone from the Danbury called me but I wanted to speak to corporate, and when spoke to that same receptionist later in the day she was so rude to me, I cant believe a company like this has the worst customer service and that even the corporate office main guy Rich Allen cant even get on a phone call!!! I then tried one more time 05-19-17 and left yet another message for this guy RIch who will not even return my call and make the situation right. So I am writing here so people can see what awful service this company gives and that they also put the wrong tires on your vehicle and will not make it right!!! I will be writing to the Attorney General as well!!

Always have a great expierence here, All the Tire Technicians know what they're doing and how to address any problem even out of there job descriptions!!! I recommend this place if you are in a rush and want to make sure you're getting the best service :-)

A returning customer of Town Fair Tire. I usually have good experiences there but recently I had a really bad experience. The man who helped me did not have much knowledge on the tires, could not explain to me the problem, but insisted the same answer was all I needed to believe him. He also did not handle the situation as professionally as he should have, considering his ranking, basically calling me dumb and saying that I'm lying about the situation, even though I stayed calm the whole time. Hopefully we can resolve this issue because my family and I would like to continue to do business with you guys but of not, we will have to go elsewhere.
