Josh is great, he greeted me as I walked into the store. Immediately began walk with me out to the car, he helped me find the tires I needed, he was kind and curteous. He offered me a wide selection of tires for my car, let me know his recommendation, and let me pick. Perfect customer service.

I came in with a loose spare wheel in the back of my truck needing a new tire. Called before to set an appointment and they said they could just knock it out between two other cars. Sat there for over an hour and watched 8 cars come in and out with full sets of tires before they finally did my one wheel. Then as I was leaving I looked at it, they installed the wrong tire! They promptly put the correct tire on at that point. I asked for a refund on the mount and balance, which they covered the 16 dollars. However my biggest gripe is they never said sorry until after I asked for them to do something about my hour and a half wait for a 15 minute job.
Will never come back here again, horrible way to run a business.response / report this review -

We're visiting form out of town and we got a nail in our tire. So we popped by Americas tire store and we were greeted by an employee before we even got out of the car. He did our paper work and said it would be 45 minutes. I have to be honest I didn't believe him so we walked down to have lunch and 45 minutes later they called and said our car was done! I was blown away!

Wow I was amazed with how fast they work and how willingly they are able to work with you and give you the best possible price. Should you need new tires come here and ask for Josh. He was amazing.

Alex and Nora provided me with excellent customer service me tore has a nail I it they kept my appointment time and got me out with in 30 minutes. The service is wonderful I recommend this location to anyone who needs new tires or repairs.

These guys work so fast. When I pulled up without an appointment and saw a packed lot I thought it would take a good while to get me going. I got 2 tires changed out at an extremely reasonable price and out of there in less than an hour! Top notch service! Everything torqued and inflated accurately to manufacturer specifications. Will come again for free tire rotation!

Got my tires installed and everyone was very nice and friendly. I made an appointment so it was very fast!!! BUT when I left about an hour later my tire pressure light came on. Not happy

Service was relatively quick, price was the best I could find both locally and online. Beat out Costco in price and service. I called with what I needed, price was good, made an appointment showed up the next day and done. Simple as can be, service was good and people were great. Been a customer here for years already and they have yet to let me down. Check this place out its gtg.

I used the website and looked up the tires available for my car before going in to the store. There were tires at $52 each for my make and model. When I went into the store I was told the tires would be $81 each. I asked "what about the $52 tires you advertise for my car?" and I was told "oh you can't put those on that car". I asked why they advertise for those tires if they can't be put on my car and was told "that's what they do". I said I wanted inexpensive tires as it is an extra car that is not driven much and he insisted I needed to put the $81 tires on my car and they could not put the other tires on my car. The tires were installed and I called the next day (after thinking more about it) and spoke to the manager and he said I could come back and they could put the $52 tires on my car but it might not have the same fuel efficiency. I had already spent my time there and was not going to go back at that point but it was disappointing and dishonest. I'm guessing they are on commission.

The staff are knowledgeable and qualified. Fast initial service but expect to wait to get the work done.
Just getting a rotation and taking 1:35 minutes. Make an appointment if possible.
They're kind & don't tend to push you to buy what you don't need. (At least not me)

Efficient, great customer service, and local. Came here in the morning to repair my tire they got me in and out in 21 minutes. They opened 10 minutes early to service customers waiting outside . Franchise company with a mom and pop shop feel. Highly recommended.
