Just had another incredible service appointment at Mercedes in Danbury. They continually go above and beyond my expectations. I want to give an extra special thanks to my Service Advisor Anthony Aguirrehe personally made sure everything was done exceptionally well and fast. Truly remarkable service, truly Mercedes service! I am so lucky to have a dealership with a fabulous service department like this so close to home!..I look forward to buying my next Mercedes here too. Thank you

Outstanding service throughout the sales process. Robert Brechter was incredibly patient and diligent in his efforts to ensure I was 100% satisfied with my vehicle purchase. Thanks also to Finance Manager and Sales Manager who were also highly professional and went out of their way to make me feel confident about my purchase. Highly recommended all around!

Had a 5 star experience. They were a great to work with! My sales person Morgan Gerow was exceptionally accommodating and fully explained every aspect on my new convertible! Great service and an absolute pleasure to work with.

Joe and Mike were awesome. I literally bought this car sight unseen. They were both incredible to work with and this was by far the easiest car purchase I have ever made. We made a quick decision to fly up to CT from NC, spent about 2 hours getting acquainted with our new vehicle, signed all of the paperwork and then went and enjoyed a delicious meal from a local restaurant that Joe recommended. Our drive back to NC was incredible in our new car. Thank you Joe and Mike for all of your help, you guys are wonderful.

Very good experience overall! The Service advisors Anthony and Michael are very polite and in tune with the customers needs. I think Mercedes-Benz of Danbury is just fantastic! Painless! Kudos guys!

I was very impressed with the quality of the customer service. It began with the office staff that was accommodating and kind in setting up the service appointment and continued throughout the entire experience. Noteworthy: Anthony, my service advisor, was VERY professional, responsive and helpful.

Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to them. I would recommend them to anyone! As a new MB driver, the level of service is better than their competitors, bar none! I have driven other comparable brands and thus far I prefer the car (and the people) more than expected. Customer service can change your view, they have changed mine. The car speaks for itself! Amazing!

The service dept was great from the guy who checked my car in all the way to the service manager. I have an 03 slk and took in for a leak when they finished work on car the sensor came on. Matt and his mechanics went above and beyond to get it fixed for me. Service dept here is great thank you

Outstanding service from Mike Andrade. Every time I go, he goes out of his way to make it a pleasant experience. My SprinterVan needed an alignment and he got it in on short notice and even offered a weekend appointment. Q
