Love this place. It is very organized and efficient. The employee's are very helpful and friendly. The waiting room is very comfortable and there is free coffee and tea available, plus vending machines and several t.v.'s.

My sales consultant, Jessica, found the perfect car for me. I love the sporty look of my 2017 Honda Accord Sport and the way it drives. They even had the color that I wanted and it also has a CD player, which was important to me. Everything was handled quickly and efficiently, making my car shopping experience enjoyable. I would highly recommend anyone I know that is looking for a car to see Jessica P. at Honda of Danbury. Her manager, Roy Morel, really went all out to satisfy me as a customer as well as accommodating my financial needs.

Went in to get my VTC actuator fix! Big issue with Honda Accords hopefully Honda issues a recall soon.. Service was very good Mr Tony is the man he was very helpful thanks so much!
The only reason why I didn't give 5 stars is because there was a problem getting my loaner
Scheduled 2 days in advance and still got nothing! Luckily I live near by so it worked out good. So far no problems with my accord.
    Thanks.

If I could give a 0 star rating, I would. On October 4th, four of my service lights light up. I immediately took my car to the service center in New Britain, where the technician ran a diagnostic at no cost. He couldn't diagnose the issue and sent me to my hometown service center and they ran diagnostics. No certain answer resulted but I was told I had probably put bad gas in the tank. The tech said it wasn't the first time they'd seen bad gas from that station and recommended I let them remove it. I asked for a sample which they produced to show how 'sludgy' it was (I didn't see them take the sample from my vehicle). I told them to go ahead with the removal and specifically asked them to keep a sample for me to bring to the gas station. When I picked up my vehicle, the rep told me my car was all set, took my $430.00, and then told me that my sample had been thrown away!! I got into my car and all of the lights were back ON! They ran more diagnostics, proposed more experimental parts replacements leaving me exactly nowhere. I went to my dealership for top of the line service and confidence. I left HIGHLY suspicious, $430.00 lighter, and now my car is sitting at a local repair shop because something is clearly wrong and I've lost all confidence in Danbury Honda Service.

Just leased my first car (owned plenty, new as well) from Honda of Danbury. The process was easy and my sales person was great (Jose Sabillon). I'm happy with the car but the process was the easiest I've dealt with. I've not worked with server (and hope not to outside of maintenance) so I cannot speak for them but the other reviews point to them being on par with what I experienced.

Great service center with friendly staff and technicians. The service center seems much cleaner than local mechanics and I don't feel like they are ever trying to take advantage of me. They also wash your car no matter what you're coming in for.

We have bought 2 brand new cars from this dealer as well. When we went to other dealers, we felt they were very pushy. But at Honda, they actually suggested that we shop around at other dealers and make sure we are getting what we want. That really made us feel more comfortable. They also matched an offer from Toyota to give us a great deal on a lease.

I don't plan on going anywhere else. They really made a customer for life with me.

Wondering how many times I'm going to have to have my used Honda fixed, wondering why the service department has to give me a runaround every time I call. Don't buy used from here. Proper service records - hidden issues

Would like to update - I have been back to this dealership twice with serious issues, both times they requested I drive to them, an hour and a half. The initial front suspension issue was so dangerous (I regularly pick my nieces up from school in my vehicle) that they stated to me that I could have died driving it, yet I was urged to drive one and a half hours for this repair. To add to my frustration, this repair was argued between myself and the service personnel until I drove, the rental, an hour and a half back to directly speak with the person servicing my vehicle. At this time, I discover that the two folks I was speaking with were simply not on the same page, and my understanding of the suspensions' damage was accurate. I had a mechanic lay out in detail why and what the issues were, as well as provide a layout of the damage proven by the tire tread to have existed for the life of the four new tires. The vehicle in question is in the shop, again. This time due to a regular suspension maintenance issue that was assured to me to have already been completed before my purchase, which would have needed to be completed 50,000 miles prior to my purchase. Might I add, unfortunately, I overpaid dramatically.
The day after driving this car off of the lot, I was stranded and towed from Long Island, NY because the battery was new, but alternator was not tested. I'm not a rocket scientist, but this kind of a reoccuring problem is not acceptable, and many of these simple yet dangerous problems could have been avoided with a simple overview of the front and rear suspension, engine mounts, alignment for God's sake which is worse every time I pick up, as well as a simple alternator test. I have taken off four days so far, without an offer for compensation, and despite the deadly nature of the cracked bushings I was riding on, AS A COURTESY I allowed them to put the claim through my warranty, only if paid by the dealer. Considering everyone else has received response, and this is in fact a serious matter that requires attention even at this time, as I am sitting inside of a loaner of yours. Please contact me via phone or email, Mr. Whitlock, you may obtain my information by speaking with service or sales management, and mentioning my name and my 2005 Honda Pilot.

As a college student, this was my very first car purchase so my dad and I decided to go with a used CPO car in order to accommodate my allocated budget. Hearing horror stories from friends/online of car dealerships, I was initially very cautious and wary going into this whole process. However, in the end I know I made a great choice going with Honda of Danbury and interacting with Dara Necef. She was incredibly helpful, listened to what I wanted in a car, and was very knowledgeable as well. There were times where I was probably being very meticulous and methodological, but Dara always exhibited a great deal of professionalism and patience which was fantastic! I would strongly recommend her to anyone who is looking to buy a car, especially for first-time buyers. Even the other car salesmen were friendly and helpful to us as well! A+ for great service!

Jonathan Saba was my salesman for a new 2017 Honda CRV lx. He was polite and courteous and NO PRESSURE. He even took the time to joke around with my son, so he could feel part of the experience. So, if you are looking for a car, stop by Honda of Danbury and ask for Mr. Saba for a knowledgeable and friendly car shopping experience!

Best dealership I've ever walked into! Very clean and such friendly staff! Their service department is one of the best and I'm always out quickly. I've also purchased 2 cars here and both times it was a smoothe and easy transaction. I love my Honda and thanks to Honda of Danbury it's running great and I'll continue to keep coming back!

I brought my car in to have all four tires replaced at Honda of Danbury. Later that day I receive a call from the service department and they told me that I needed new front brakes. I told that there was no way I needed new front brakes because I had all my brakes done by them three months ago along with warranty work. When I got there, I checked my receipt and found that the invoice had shown only rear brakes and rotors done back in the end of November. It is at that point I realized that Ed had screwed me three months back on my brake job. The warranty work that was done had to do with my bearing on my rotors and somehow it was incorporated with the brake job. Ed led me to believe that I was getting front and rear brakes but the invoice said differently. I would suggest to anyone bringing in their car for service to make sure you read the description completely and request a copy of any work request.
