I honestly cannot say enough wonderful things about Tim and Marshall! These guys go ABOVE and BEYOND for their customers. I've been a customer of Fayette County Farm Bureau Insurance for about 8 years and have always been pleased with the price and service I've gotten. Tim and his staff have always gotten me what I needed, when I needed it, and it was always service with a smile.
Recently, however, I REALLY got to experience their service as I had a plumbing issue that caused damage in our home, and while those repairs were going on, my wife was involved in an auto accident and our vehicle was totalled. Thankfully Tim and his staff did a great job of both handling our home claim AND helping us with the process of getting a rental vehicle and working with the at-fault driver's insurance company to get our vehicle replaced. I'd highly recommend Tim and his staff. Anyone can sell a cheap insurance product just to make the sale and get you covered..but when the time came for us to file a claim and to utilize the insurance - Tim and his staff rose to the occasion. The pricing is very competitive - but the service is what will keep me a customer here for a long time to come.

I took out Home, Life, and Auto Insurance with Farm Bureau Fayette County. Tim Monihan was incredible and I am so grateful I was able to work with him.
