Customer service was ok, but the room had cigerette burns all over the rug, no hot water when I took a shower, I spotted a roach crawling up my friggin wall, and a spider just about the size of the palm of my hand came crawling out of the bathroom. I packed my stuff and left.

Recently we encountered Mike the receptionist a bigot and a sad excuse for a man.. he was so rude and disrespectful and DISGUSTING that we had to call the police. We are currently pressing charges for his inappropriate conduct.. Do Not Stay Here! Not only was customer service horrible but the rooms were a nightmare the sheets had cigarette burns and the rooms had the aroma of chlorine and cigarette smoke.. please shut this place down ASAP! I will be posting the video of our encounter with Mike

The non smoking rooms smelled like smoke. There was a smell of marijuana in the parking lot. The breakfast they offer was stale.

Place is so nasty the tub was nasty the bed had blood on the sheets and the pillows had blood on them will never stay here again I'm OCD bad. The lady at the front desk would not move me to another room and her name was Laura, she was rude and disrespectful. As I stated again I will never get a room here ever again.

*BEWARE*
If I could give negative reviews, I would.
Although this place is cheap it's not even worth the 40 you pay. It is completely trashy. There was a lady at the front desk who was down right RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL! You cannot even complain to her because she makes you look like you're in the wrong. She turns a cheek to everything going on. Definitely doesn't have the "southern hospitality". The room was disgusting with mold all over the tub. I dropped the TV remote and when I went to retrieve it there were NEEDLES behind the nightstand. The room smelt like smoke even though it was a non smoking room. I heard people slamming doors and yelling ALL NIGHT. There were people walking around all night and obvious signs of drug dealing and prostitution. My dog had to use the bathroom and I was so scared to leave the room. I had to keep a knife on me. Oh and get this, as she was looking for a place to do her business I saw 4 more needles and even saw a tied up bag with something white. I If you're looking for one of those motels they describe in horror books and movies or law and order, this is one. I didn't even stick around to see the complimentary breakfast.
When researching the motel after check out come to find out the people who own it also own other run down places in the Greensboro area. Khan hospitalityShould be spelled CON! I would steer clear of this place and the other ones..unless you're looking for some "fun".
Pay the extra and stay somewhere you're not scared to walk out of the front door of.

Worst hotel I've stayed at in Greensboro. Roaches crawling EVERYWHERE. Only thing the maids do is change the sheets. The hotel manager is the rudest person I've ever came across. The back part is nothing but prostitutes and drug dealers or junkies. Had to switch rooms 4 times due to roaches. Water pressure is lacking horribly. Mold growing on the entire ceiling. Cigarette holes in the bedding. I usually don't even write reviews but being as how we were treated by the hotel staff and roaches crawling all over the place I seemed it to be necessary. It is a cheap place but money should have nothing to do with the attitude and rudeness of the staff. DON'T STAY HERE!

The bed was extremely comfortable. The overall room needed an update though, the toilet had paint chipped off of it and looked rough. The water was a bit difficult - I had fixed it for my daughter and she ended up getting burnt. I thought she had moved it but the same thing happened to me. It became hotter after a few minutes of being in there. Breakfast was decent. They had cold cereal, a waffle maker, boiled eggs, oatmeal and fruit. It was okay for the price for one night. But I wouldn't stay there longer than that.

First room we were given was horrible with multiple items broken in the room. Hubby went down to desk after first night and asked for another room and we got one. It was very nice. After a 4 day stay, we checked out and headed back home only to realize I had left a Mia facial scrubber in the shower. Called the hotel and their response was awful
First answer we never saw it, you must have taken it.
Second call and answer ..our cleaning people are Mexican and they wouldn't know what it was, and probably threw it away.

Mind you it is obvious that it needs to be charged and what it would be used for. They cost $100 + VERY disappointing, wouldn't stay again.

When I arrived there was a loud event next door. I asked to move but they were sold out of non-smoking rooms. On the good side the proprietor very kindly refunded my money.

Here for a wedding over a Holiday weekend. Room clean, beds very comfortable. Service ok. Sounds travel from room to room, so if you need absolute quiet, you might have issues. Overall, good room for the price. Room includes a hot breakfast, we overslept (comfy beds) so didn't get to try it.
