Great place, we stay there several times a year for youth sports travel events. Clean facilities, friendly staff at a reasonable rate. Convenient to lots of dining and our sports venues. Great place.

We usually get here on Wednesday and stay through Sunday will use this hotel about six or seven times a year during work trips The staff is very prompt and knowledgeable The breakfast is goodfast and freshrooms are clean and quiet.

A great stay at this hotel this past week. Every single staff member was warm and nice, very easy going and friendly. The complimentary dinner & drinks was a nice surprise and the breakfast was better than your typical hotel breakfast. All at a great price point. Our room was very clean and quiet. Very close to Greensboro Coliseum and 4 Seasons Mall, also with shopping options (Target, Old Navy) within 1/2 mile of hotel. I am very particular about hotels we stay in and would happily do this one again.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. I stayed in a king suite and I loved it! Very clean! With a garden tub included! The bed and pillows were very comfortable! Will stay again.

This was a fantastic hotel! So clean, so updated, and staff so friendly. Fitness center was 24 hours and HUGE, pool was great, breakfast was great. One of the best places we stayed in years and at such a reasonably priced rate! If you're in Greensboro for business or pleasure, you can't go wrong here.

The Wingate by Wyndham Greensboro was delightful! The hotel was in a nice area of Greensboro, close to everything we needed for our trip to see a graduation at the Arena. It was clean, fresh, and friendly. The room was large and the bed and pillows comfortable, the bathroom was spotless. The gentleman at the front desk was professional and welcoming - we would definitely stay again!

We had a great stay! The staff was very nice. We came into town for New Balance Nationals and it was in good proximity to other locations​. The rooms were cleans and the beds were comfortable. A little stuffy but it could've been the humidity with the weather.

Terrible service and irresponsibility with credit cards killed what would have been an otherwise nice stay. When I arrived at the hotel, there was a credit card on file from my company to be charged for the room stay. The manager, Inspiration, asked for my card. Just to make sure, I asked if it was for incidentals or for the room. She said she was going to charge the room to the card, even though there was already a different card on file for that purpose. After a big hassle that involved getting my home office to re-send authorization to charge that card, we finally got it resolved. Or so I thought. On my last day in the hotel, I checked my bank account to find out that, even though Inspiration had assured me multiple times that my personal card was only being used for incidentals, my personal card has ALL the room charges on it. I went down to the front desk to get it resolved and I'm told that "the computer did it" and even though they could CHARGE my card, she for some reason could not look up the number. I gave her the information again and she promised to have it resolved "when she got a minute." A few hours later she calls my room to tell me she accomplished absolutely nothing, and that it's going to take them days to reverse the charges. I ended up checking out a day early to avoid getting another wrong charge on my card, and at this point I'm back home and I'm still out $400. At this point I'm going to try to just get reimbursed from my company since Inspiration seems intent on sweeping this under the rug.
The worst part? I was never even thanked for my business, nor was an apology for completely mishandling the money ever offered. The only thing Inspiration has inspired me to do is to avoid Wyndham hotels in the future.response / report this review -

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Wyndham in Greensboro. A well kept hotel with a friendly staff. The breakfast was very good and the rooms were large and clean.

This hotel has bedbugs!! Never thought I'd experience this.. totally awful! I will not be staying here again. No thank you!
