Had to wait for over 4 hours for a room and when they had one available, it was not the correct room

The staff at the reception are very friendly. The rooms are spacious and well kept. There are numerous restaurants and malls at walking distance.

I was staying at the one in High Point. Left that one because Heroin Addicts were working in the office which was hardly open. Because they would be off doing drugs! Now I am staying in Greensboro, this one off of Wendover Ave. Our card keys to open the door were disable this morning! My husband is locked out the room until 11 when the office opens. Called the emergency number no answer. even found the room where a person is suppose to handle emergencies. A person peeked out the window but did come to the door! If you cal the complaint line the voice message center is full and you can leave a message. I have called that number several times and I have never received a return call. They will book you a room online but when you get to the place there are not any rooms available. And this was at both location, here and High Point. As soon as I find a better place I will leaving. DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU ARE COMING FROM OUT OF TOWN AND BOOKED A ROOM ONLINE! THERE WILL BE NO ROOMS AVAILABLE.

Please understand that I didn't not actually stay here - I was relocating to the area and needed a place to stay for an undetermined amount of time. I found this on line and it was fairly inexpensive and my needs were low - a SAFE place to sleep at night. When I pulled in the parking lot, I could not even get out of my car - the parking lot was dim and there were "questionable" people hanging around. I drove around the lot several times to try and justify my staying here and couldn't do so. I drove over to Extended Stay America and was able to get a much nicer place in a safer environment. From what I've gathered, this place has a bug and drug problem - do your research first - lesson learned!!

I had the opportunity to stay at the Sun Suites and I enjoyed my stay in the room was clean and no crazy stuff going on in the parking lot so I rated High

I stayed here back in 2007 for 2 weeks.I always said this was one of the best rooms I've ever stayed. At the time, they were fairly new but there was 100 places to eat,drink and get all of my necessities within walking distance to my roon.Almost 10 years later, the rooms are still great with all the amenities of home and even more shops and dining to choose from. The large bath, kitchen, sleeping and sitting area with a high bar counter top are just some of the perks that I could actually get used too
