Rooms are clean. It was quiet. Pool area is a little small but it's decent and better then nothing. The free breakfast in the morning is amazing compared to other continentals.

I've been staying here for years. It's close to home and has a pool and hot tub if I want to take the kids for a local get away. Up until about 2 years ago, it was fantastic. It is now slowly falling into disrepair. We always stay in one of the suites with the Jacuzzi baths. The kids head down to the pool and I get a few moments of peace and relaxation. Still a nice place, but I fear my expectations are high as I know how great it use to be. I recently had a terrible experience and to my delight, my concerns did not fall on deaf ears. The manager emailed me to discuss the issues and I decided to give it another chance last weekend. I have to say that the service did a 180! There are still some maintenance issues such as loud climate control while your trying to sleep and broken tiles and the like, but the service was fantastic and I have full confidence the facility is headed back in the right direction.

Our room seemed pretty beat up. Toilet paper holder falling off the wall; drywall anchors sticking out of wall over the bed; badly scratched/scuffed night stand. Jacuzzi was closed for maintenance. Pool looked green and murky. Our kids lost interest in the pool when they saw it. My wife’s biggest complaint was no hot water for a shower at 9:30 pm. Fine for one night and we will probably look elsewhere next time.

I stayed in room 231. There is a light out above the bed. The elevator carpet is filthy. That being said, the rest of the room and hotel is extremely well kept. Beautiful room with probably the best mattress I've ever slept on and I stay at a fair amount of hotels. The breakfast was top notch with eggs and meat to boot. I will be staying there again in the future. The front desk girl was extremely pleasant and very helpful. This place is a winner.

Very nicely appointed lobby and gathering space. The team was quite welcoming and have taken care of me and my guests very well. The rooms are clean and generally a good size. Some of the furnishings are a little lower in quality but in great shape and based on the value of the rate, it is appropriate. The bed was very nice with nicely clean and crisp linen. This was a business trip, definitely will stay again when in the area.

Clean and Orderly, Service is exceptional! Desk Staff is great! Paul was EXCEPTIONALLY HELPFUL! Room was very clean and room service had room looking like we had never been there the previous night, save for our suitcases. Power had gone out in the AM and the staff brought out small lanterns so we could eat our breakfast. A+++

We've been here a couple of times and really enjoyed the other stays. However, this time I was very unhappy with the cleanliness of the suite (especially for the amount of $ I paid) hair in the tub, picture in bathroom filthy, very dusty-everywhere. (I have pictures that I took but not able to post pics on reviews I guess). We came here this time for my daughter's 9th birthday and had 3 of her friends stay over. She chose here specifically for the Jacuzzi mostly, and then for the pool. The Jacuzzi was a cool temp which was very disappointing as us adults opted not to go in because the heater wasn't working. There were no pool towels stocked so we had to keep asking for them. The worst part of all was when it was time to finally (and hopefully) get a good night sleep, the "mattress" on the pull out couch was all springs there was no padding left whatsoever. I went to the desk to see if there was an empty room that we could switch the mattresses, she said she would check then call the room. It was now 11:30pm (1.5hrs after talking with her) so I called down and they said hotel was fully booked so sent me up 2 blankets as padding. Even the kid that delivered the blankets couldn't believe how bad it felt. Overall the front desk was friendly and kind but didn't really care too much about the 3 issues I had. The pillows and other mattresses were very comfortable. The breakfast was good too.

AC barely works as the room is warm and feels very moist and humid all the time. Breakfast is not great. And as many other reviews said we also had the fire alarm go off at 7am on a Sunday morning with three fire trucks and the whole hotel evacuated in the parking lot. The bed is comfortable though.

I was an overnight guest and I stayed in a 1 bedroom suite, which included a king size bed and a whirlpool tub. The employees at the front desk were courteous and helpful with any questions I had. The only problem was with the whirlpool in our room, the jets weren't working. Other than that, our stay was great. Free hot breakfast in the morning!
