Very dirty and lots of stains. I was in shock when I sat on the desk chair provided. One of the wheels was broken off completely. But, before I noticed I sat down and fell over. No hot water in the mornings. Also, the heater was so loud when turning on/off, it would wake me up throughout the night. I will never stay at this place again.

1st time to stay at this hotel chain. Rooms were clean when checked-in.
No room service was done during my 3 nights stay. Breakfat, only muffins and coffee.

Great place, especially if staying a long time. Room includes stove, microwave, full size fridge, even a dishwasher. If you need plates, utensils or even a toaster or coffee maker, just ask. Can get special pricing if staying more than 30 days.

Adequate, rooms need better cleaning. Toilet was dirty the last time we stayed and they moved us to the next room as it was late in the evening.

Definitely wouldn't stay here again. Booked this hotel for a business trip and I'll be telling our travel agent to remove it from hotels we use. When we checked in, the thermostat in our room was broken and the room was 50 degrees in the middle of December. After messing with it I was able to get the temperature adjusted but the thermostat is from the 80s. The bed is crazy uncomfortable. Every morning I woke up feeling like I had been at the gym all night. There was an obvious smell of weed in the hallway on our second day, and the hotel staff came banging on our door and letting themselves into the room (luckily the door chain was on) trying to find where the smell was coming from. On top of all of this, the front desk double charged me for the room and I had to call and sit on hold for 30 minutes while they figured out their mistake. Definitely would recommend another hotel.

What breakfast? Coffee yes - that's it. Want ice? - they'll direct you to the closest store. Towels? Have to ask for them. Clean bathroom - ha - prior residents soap and such still laying around. Equipped kitchen - not a spoon. Cooking smells - read other reviews. The charge --- almost 200.00! Never wrote a bad review ever - couldn't let them get away with this! BEWARE!

Worst hotel i ever stops. My room was not so really bad deluxe pretty clean with extra 30 dollars each night from standard. So bad thing if you very sensitive to any smells avoid this hotel because people who stops in this hotel cooking food and whole hotel stink like Chinese food and boiled fish. Terrible experience in my case.

Stayed here because of large number of Rocketmiles on offer. It was clean and had a nice big room. Not a place for a romantic get away but functional for business travel. Have stayed in similar hotels in Waltham that have been much more expensive.

Very happy I stayed once I finally found it, its the second parking lot entrance b4 Wyatt. There are 2 Extended Stay America's in same lot. Staff super friendly. Very clean room, kitchen, refridg, micro, bathroom. Awesome for extended stay. Laundry on premises. Grocery, shopping and restaurants near by.

This was literally one of the worst experiences I ever had. I witnessed the gentleman, Andrew, who works at the front desk be extremely rude to customers to the point where I even felt the need to record it. He called the police and even when the police came they laughed off the situation stating that Andrew was being unreasonable. Although some may feel that this isn't a direct review of the hotel itself, the employees of the hotel reflect the customer experience therefore I feel it is necessary for me to convey such treatment.

Worst hotel experience I have had yet. I spend a fair amount of time traveling and staying in hotel rooms. I have had some bad experiences prior but at least the staff at those establishments corrected the issues. The staff in this Extended Stay are rude to say the least. They do not care about their guests or the condition of the hotel. The pool was covered in leaves, the "complimentary" breakfast was not even a real breakfast, and the entire place was dirty. There are no dishes in the room and you are not treated with respect there. If you request for something (like new towels) they look at you like you're awful. I will never stay at this or another extended stay again.

Average hotel. It could use updating / freshening, but perfectly serviceable for the budget minded business traveler.

Worst hotel experience ever at an extended stay America - shower plumbing squirts water where it is not supposed to come out, phone doesn't work, dishwasher doesn't open to reveal where I am guessing all the dishes are hiding, I turned the Ac to 66 so I could sleep and woke up to it being 88 degrees in the room. Front desk attendant didn't want to do anything but eventually an hour later checked me into a different room. Trying to sleep - he calls to ask if everything is alright. Half hr after that he knocks on my door to try to give me a giant bottle of personal massage gel (from a previous resident) he found in my old room and said he didn't want me to be lonely. So mortified and uncomfortable. Can't wait to get on a plane and go home later today.

Clean rooms, decent beds, and a good setup if you are gonna be staying for a few days and don't want to go out to eat every night. The mini kitchen is decent and the dish washer is a plus. Couch could be a little better, TV a little bigger but overall it's a good stay.
