I wouldn't even bother staying here. This motel is and still a place where all the drug addicts come and do drugs. The room smelled when I walked in. They pick and choose who they want to speak to at the front desk. They can be rude. I called for them to take trash out for me and that was a problem. They threaten to put me and my daughter out. I wouldn't even bother with this place.

The place is currently being renovated, but that should not be an excuse for safety procedures. I was in the ''Breakfast room'' when the toaster mulfunctioned and the slice of break got stuck and burnt resulting in a smoke filled room. All this while the fire alarm in the room did not go off. If this were an actual fire, then we would have been in a real danger. I felt very unsafe here.

I don't usually leave reviews but I have family in the area and this is our go to place. I'm just going to be real here. The prices are good. The staff is very friendly and helpful. You need an extra blanket? They will provide. They do their best to clean everything. It's not their fault if you sleep in and don't get your room clean. Anyway the weekends during peak season are a bit loud but the beds are comfortable. The rooms are pretty quiet even with a lot of activity.

Lots of posts about running out of hot water. This usually happens during peak season on a Sunday morning. Get up earlier and you'll be fine. This isn't a higher end hotel. You can pay more across the street.

I appreciate the kindness of the staff. It's a good place on a budget. I will stay again this summer with family. This place is what it is. Plan accordingly. They are slowly renovating the rooms. I have stayed in updated and older rooms. It's worth considering. If I want a nice vacation experience I book higher end somewhere else. People need to realize that near Boston things are pricey. Stop crying.

We encountered several problems at this hotel, Although
the staff was nice, the stay was challenging. 1st we were given a room
under renovation so had to change to a different room. Upon checking in
realized, no hot water. When confronting the desk re: problem, the
answer was let me flip the switch, whatever that means, Still no hot
water that night. There was no TV guide in room to instruct how to get
TV to work. The desk person brought up a guide and explained to access
a channel, enter a 1 after the channel #. Our next challenge was the
connection for a CPAP machine. The electrical outlet under the
headboard had a cover over it so we had to unplug the power strip that
the refrigerator was plugged into and string it across the room to plug
up machine, I am not a complainer but this was beyond ridiculous so
upon checkout, I asked to be compensated. The front desk person called the manager, and he was to call me. That was Wednesday morning
10/11/17. Thursday I called again and was told he was very busy but
would call me back. Sunday I called and explained that I still had not
heard from him and if he didn't call, I would be posting an unfavorable
review. She asked that I give him until Mon 10/16/2017. Well it is now
Thursday and still have not received a response. I tried to go online
to their website to post this review however I could not find where to
do that. I emailed the Home office with WHG who after sending reservation number offered me Wyndham points but I requested refund of at least half of Room rate. We settled on that. I still have not received a call from this hotel management.

I am leaving 2 stars because for the most part the staff were friendly and as helpful as possible. The facility is not the worst I have ever stayed in, but it wasn't far from it. Nothing major stood out as the reason I gave it 2 stars, it was a lot if little things. I stayed for 3 nights and for the first 2 I had no heat. I told the front desk as I left for the day The first morning I was there. When I arrived back about 10 hours later my room door was open and accessible by anyone. The housekeeper had taken all the towels and never put new ones in their place. My wife went down to ask for new towels and let them know about the room being left open and they argued with her about the towels because they didn't understand the housekeeper took the old towels. The desk clerk just kinda brushed off the room being left open. I went down to ask about the heat and she said maintenance had left for the day but she could call and see if he would come back. I told her not to worry about it since it was a holiday. The next morning I reminded the front desk I still had no heat and when I returned 10 hours later the door was locked this time but the heat was cranked on high and it 95 degrees in the room and now the chiller didn't work just the heat did. Plus now the cover fell off if you just touched it. In addition to all that we had to ask for cups for the room and the hairdryer didn't work because of dust and it had a layer of dirt thick enough you could write your name in it. They had another hair dryer in a bag behind the door. The breakfast is ok but nothing special. No fruit or doughnuts/danishes like most hotels have for breakfast. But the had the waffle machine and toaster along with juice and cereal. Cell service sucks and the free WiFi is spotty and keeps dropping.

Don't even think about sleeping there for three reasons of my experience.
    1. Checking in took 30 minutes
    2. The King Size bed I had, the sheets had blood stains, old stains and fresh blood stains as thought the Housekeeper did not change the bedding. I requested some clean sheet. While the Housekeeper was changing my sheet, the matress pad had more blood as big as 3"×6". She had to change that mattress pad too. Now wile she went to the laundry room for clean linens, two BED BUGS appeared on the Bed Shirt.
I went downstairs to find the Housekeeper. In the elevator I bumped into a couple husband and wife who had bed bug bites and the Front Desk clerk was moving them to a different room.

I have been here for a couple of weeks now. The newly appointed GM is a dick. His name is Allen.
Monika is always working. Whether it is mopping, taking reservations, delegating or welcoming newly arriving guests.
The cops are here a couple of times a week
There has been 2 bloodstains on the outside of the shower/tub the whole time I have been here. Waiting to see if they ever clean it
It is comveniently close to route 2 East and West.

I would rate it 0 stars if I could. I travel often for business and this has to be the WORST hotel I've EVER stayed at. Let's start with the seedy characters roaming the grounds. Then you enter your room. Room is barely adequate. First evening TV had all of 3 channels. Rather than bother night staff spoke to desk person in AM. "Of course we'll take care of that". Walked in afternoon - to find out no one addressed TV. Calls maintenance person. Go up to my room and room keys don't work! Have to go back down and get a new set. I was told it was MY FAULT. Had to have the cards next to a magnetic device. (In my backpack all day, doubtful). While there get a bottle of water in vending machine. $2 in machine, doesn't work and refunds $1.30 in dimes. So walk up to room with no bottled water and new room key. Find the maintenance man trying to reprogram TV. Guess what - didn't work. Was given the option of staying in the room or changing. So after working all day now need to pack up room 1 and move to room 2. Staff is surly, nasty and just don't give a damn. All of them. Housekeeping is a joke - not sure what they do other then fluff the bed. Don't replace towels, coffee, sugar packs, etc. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES STAY HERE. Double Tree right around the corner.

First, we reserved two non-smoking rooms with two double beds. They check us into a room with a king size. Then they told us the only room with double beds available were smoking rooms. Next, we get back to the hotel and there is no hot water and they had ran out of towels. My friend was staying in the same hotel with his wife and three sons. The font desk gave them bath mats for towels. I will not be staying here again.

I wish I could give us Hotel zero Stars. We stayed last night to find out there was no hot water period when we asked the woman working the front desk but was being done about it she told us her GM said that it would be fixed on Monday, three days away. When I spoke to the GM via email he was rude and unwilling to help resolve the issue.

    Do not stay here.

I've never seen management so irresponsible at any other establishment. Myself and other patrons discussed reaching out to the Better Business Bureau.

It does the job if you know what you're stepping into. It is a Days Inn, not the 4 seasons. The rooms was somewhat clean, an old vibe to it but nothing off putting. They do indeed have an issue with the hot water in the morning because of their washers. I found that turning the water all the way up brought back the hot water within a minute. I read a comment about some rooms being used as a homeless shelter. Some people I met could look the part, however I don't see it as an issue. Everyone was nice and cordial and the nights were quiet. The breakfast is limited but if you're into waffles they have a maker to make fresh ones along with cereals, fruit, bread and jellies. Overall, if you chose this place for the rate and you need a place to stay, you're ok. If you can pay more and need the high-end hotel experience to boost your ego, what are you even doing reading this?
