This is hands down the BEST hotel in Worcester. The rates are reasonable, they accept cash with a minimal deposit which is helpful in my case as I'm an events bartender and when I travel for work, all my income is cash based. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the ones that have a balcony are great. The hotel also has full size extended stay suites that are some of the nicest I've ever seen. BUT, THE BEST PART?? The staff. They're just so helpful and accomodating. Peter, the daytime Front Desk Concierge and Amanda the housekeeping supervisor are especially great. They went out of their way to assist myself and my coworker when we had to extended our stay at the last minute. I can't say enough about how awesome they were. I highly recommend this hotel, the staff and the complimentary breakfast (huuuge selection, surprisingly yummy eggs and sausage, pastries, yogurts, etc) really set it apart. 5 stars, for sure. The only hotel in Worcester I'll ever stay at.

And truly, when you stay at a hotel, good staff is key to a good stay. Well done, Quality Worcester!! You have great employees, treat them well!

I stayed 2 and 1/2 weeks there for work. Just deserve one star. Way too expensive for the price and the awful area surrounded by nursing facilities. Avoid it, if you can.
Breakfast are cheap. Employee are nice and smiling but do not expect too much from them.
The cleaning is the weakness point. Vacuum cleaning is not done regularly in corridor and the room, bathroom cleaning is random, no tea/coffee refill. Poor management and unprofessional.

My experience at the Quality Inn Suites was excellent. I appreciated how convenient the location was to many nearby shops and restaurants. When it comes to customer service Peter made a lasting impression. He treated me as a person and not just as a customer. He went out of his way to help me in whatever I needed. This kind of service can make or break a place and they have made me into a faithful customer.

I'm sure it was a nice place at some point, but it wasn't the greatest place I've ever stayed. Ceiling was falling apart and the safety lock they have on the door in the room was completely loose. Breakfast wasn't that wonderful either.

Squeaky beds. Mold in rooms. At least the AC was quiet. Acceptable breakfast.

Order in the room. Outside door lock broken. Broken windows. Grounds not clean/weeds. No waffles or pancakes. Just runny eggs and sausage. Cigarette burns on bedspread and tub. Motel 6 does a better job.

This motel was the most disgusting place I have ever stayed. Food on the walls, ceiling, on the backsplash in the kitchen. Carpet was so dirty it turned the bottom of my shoes black. The room next to me had a party going all night with Karaoke. Got 1 hr of sleep. No locks on the patio doors. The room smelled. Did not feel safe at all there.

Place is pretty run down.
Got here at 0300 first thing i smelled was pot once i walked through the broken sliding glass door that doesnt slide. Upon waking up pot was all i could smell. Im not sure if there is a smoking room close by and MA passed pot or what but its irritating.
The employees dont wear uniforms, i thought that was a choice brand standard.
The rooms are basic, choice amedities, coffee, alarm clock, mini fridge, flat screen, hair dryer.
At least the sheets were clean. I scanned for bed bugs, didnt find any or evidence of any.
No elevator that i am yet aware of. The man didnt direct me to it, just said take a left and go up one flight. All i saw were stairs.
This is my first time in MA, I am certain their are other hotels that are much nicer. We got this hotel because a family member pre-paid it through a third party reservation system.
Never again will nana choose or pay for the hotel lol
Uodate: breakfast was good, basic hot breakfast with most of the things you would want. After all its a free breakfast.

Nice friendly staff great size room refrigerator is nice. Microwave would be nice no bathtub beds are not the greatest tv is too far away.

The AC was filled with dirt, there was no kichen in my room yet I paid $147 per night.
Friendly staff, breakfast is the worst.
There's no difference between this motel and a motel 6.
Infact a motel 6 would be better because it's cheaper.
This is no 3 star motel stop lying to people.

I think they could try harder to make it look less depressing. I suppose you have to do the best with what you have but for 89 dollars a night I expect a bit more quality. Iv stayed at cheaper hotels with nicer rooms in bigger cities! Don't play into the stereotype quality inn!

Overall, it was a decent hotel experience. The room wasn't dirty or anything, though it wasn't exactly spotless either. The hallways and stairwells were a tad grungy though and the shower definitely had issues heating up. As for the water itself, it seemed fairly hard and subsequently dried my skin and hair out fairly badly over the couple days we were there. Other than that, it was fine and what you would expect of a hotel for the most part.
