Check in was smooth. Rooms were clean and stocked. Facilities are great and the location is convenient. Beautiful surroundings with the golf hall of fame and two golf courses in the background. Amenities were plentiful and sufficient.

Beyond the beauty, the facility's cleanliness was A1. The faculty's warmth was of sheer Southern comfort. As a native of the Hospitality State, Mississippi, there's a certain level of care we come to expect. BlueGreen excels. Thank you. We especially appreciated the services of Renee and Tiara which ultimately won us over and welcomed us to the BlueGreen family as owners.

Nice place to stay when you are away from home. Has all the amenities just bring you and your family that's all you will need. Swimming pool, hot tub,tennis court,basketball court all on sight. Lots more

We spent two days at the resort. The staff was friendly and the rooms were nice and clean. There was music playing by the pool providing a nice ambiance to hang out while the kids played at the playground. We enjoyed staying on the resort, byt when we wanted to leave, there was a shot drive to St. Augustine. Will definitly go back for longer.

It's in st Augustine which means the area is loaded with history and sites. We like the fact that they didn't really push you or intimidate you..it did take us 4 hours but I'm handicapped and walk very slow, also we both smoke and we took a few cigarette breaks.we thought it was a very appealing offer, for what you get.they were very accommodating of all the questions we asked and very pleasant answering them. Unfortunately our credit didn't go through immediately and we didn't have enough for the down payment then. I wish we could have gotten the timeshare as the way they have things set up(if you so desire) you wouldn't have to pay a penny to buy it,they even have many programs where you don't have to pay the maintenance fees every year. I can't say enough good things about them. They even have properties all over. The apartments are nice and well stocked also.we will be going back when we can save up the down payment( which you can get back) from selling part of your yearly points to pay that and if wanted your yearly maintenance fees. Basically if you didn't want to use all your points to vacation for free they have a programs where you sell some points to pay all thatso basically in about 10 years more or less you have it for free.

Large unit is clean and beautiful as usual for Bluegreen. Down side is no restaurant or bar on site, although World Golf Village is on the adjacent property. However, the walk is not insignificant, and alone or in the dark it could be quite intimidating, even though it is likely fairly safe to do so. Beautiful pool and plenty of supplies for athletics on site, so this is definitely recommended for those who appreciate health and physicality.

Run! Horrible scam! Sounds goodwait, no it didn't! Fancy place to lure you in, just to take all your money for a stupid time share. Save your money and a lawyer by simply walking away!

We stayed in a 2nd unit and enjoyed the area both on the resort and off. Customer service was great and they even sent a DVD player to our unit on request. I still love my Bluegreen membership.

Having a great time! Great room! The pool and poolside is amazing. Every Thursday they have a DJ and he was amazing! Highly recommend!

Spacious rooms, very friendly staff. Grounds are very well taken care of. All the activity areas have equipment readily available. One star off for the rooms being a bit dated (furniture slightly worn, etc.), but rooms are very clean.

Didn't do much on the resort, but was conveniently located near gas and grocery stores. Kind of far from most St. Augustine attractions (about 20-30) minutes. Overall the room is nice. Beds are comfy and small kitchen is handy to have. The pool is nice

I was solicited a weekend getaway as part of a pitch to attend a time share tour and presentation. I made reservations for me and my family months in advance. We traveled four hours that morning and upon arrival was told that that promotion and stay at their golf resort was "cancelled". But, here's a voucher for a stay at a local motel near a truck stop by I95. Bluegreen is awful. Never told us about anything in advance, never apologized for anything, and completely ruined a planned family getaway for my wife and teenage daughter. I will never look into, buy into, or even listen about any Bluegreen property ever again. Will not recommend them to anyone else either. So disgusted with Bluegreen.

I regret even having to give this one star! Our first time ever staying here, we got here early they made accommodations to check is in early which we were very pleased with after driving so long. We got into our room and I was amazed at how nice it was but noticed a weird smell in the room but I brushed it off thinking maybe it was because they just cleaned. After a while I continued to smell it and started looking around and found a giant patch of mold in the cabinet I've attached pictures there is also mold in the bathroom which leaves me to believe they do not clean well here. They only supply you with sheets which I thought was bizarre no blanket or anything. The front doors are obnoxiously loud. Every door on the floor you can hear slam shut. Two out of the three lamps in the room did not work. The toilet continuously ran. The shower made you smell like you bathed in bleach or chlorine.. the only give you a bathroom trashcan nothing for the kitchen. They charge you for cleaning yet before you check out you have to clean everything up and take your trash to the trash shoot. I would not recommend this place nor will we ever stay here again.
