Friendly, helpful staff, clean comfortable beds, decent included serve-yourself American style breakfast and great location! My travel mate would have used the guest laundry if she had known about it, since it was convenient and economical. ($2.50 a load)The fitness room was well appointed , too, though we didn't get that far.

Friendly and helpful staff. Room was comfortable, cozy, with nice ammenities. Bathroom and shower were a favorite feature. Great location close to Fashion Avenue. We valeted and also parked in garage which is hotel adjacent. On my list of hotels for future.

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around

The front desk crew was super friendly and helpful. Our rooms were nice, not as cramped as a lot of NYC hotel rooms. The beds were comfy and had great down-feeling comforters on them. They let you keep your.luggage in a secure room all day if you want to walk around after checking out. And the lobby is very welcoming, with lots of seating and bright lighting. We ended up sitting in there for about an hour while we waited for our bus, and there's complimentary coffee.

Room was just fine. Good size shower. Was clean and comfortable. Only irritation is the air conditioning unit was very noisy. Will be a more pleasant place to stay once the construction outside is finished. Very convenient to Subway and several good places to eat within a few minutes Walk. Staff were pleasant and helpful.

Staff we really helpful and breakfast was good. We had a city view room and the view was amazing. Only complaints are (1) we were told that they would provide us with an adaptor, but it turned out we actually had to buy one for $14 and (2) our room was right opposite the elevator and so we were woken up most nights when people came back in the early hours of the morning.

The Fairfield Inn & Suites Midtown/Penn Station was the best choice we made for our NYC vacation. Our room was clean, comfortable and spacious (for NYC!). The bathroom was modern and beautiful. Located just steps from the Penn Station subway platform, this hotel is ideal for cost-conscious travelers looking for a great location in Manhattan.

Great modern and clean hotel. The amenities were great. The rooftop bar was small but has a great view. The price was right for my last minute purchase and it was a stone's throw from Penn station. I will definitely be using this location again for any NYC trips in the future.

An excellent hotel in a fantastic location 2 minutes walk from Penn Station & Madison Square Gardens. Friendly staff, good complimentary breakfast and nice rooms. Would definitely stay there again. Best value hotel I've stayed in.

The Fairfield inn and suites is a great hotel. The roof bar is not open yet but the Inn itself is great. Rooms are new remodeled. Huge walk in shower. Flat screen TV. Wall mounted temp control. Place to hang clothes. The gym is good, lots of choices. Breakfast was also good amazing amount of choices. The people were freindly but did talk with low voices sometime hard to hear. A very welcome place.

Perfect location. Spacious, clean and updated rooms. Free WiFi, free breakfast. Only complaint is the entrance of the hotel has a grid that the heals of my brand new shoes got caught in on our way out for the evening. With a high end rooftop bar in the hotel, I'd think I'm not the first lady to wear her nice shoes in or out.

Great location, staff, and amenities. We arrived early, but were able to leave our bags with the bell hop so we could sight see. The lobby had a well furnished waiting area with complimentary tea and coffee. The rooms were a good size- beds, desk with chair, and rolling ottoman for extra seating. The room and bathroom were clean and quiet. In the morning, we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast- great variety of food. We would recommend the Fairfield Inn to friends and would definitely stay again!
