Very nice hotel right in the heart of Manhattan. Which is great and has it's challenges as well. Close to everything walking distance to time square, Bryant park was literally across the street. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was excellent! Rough getting a place to wait for the valet to park the car but that's NYC!! View from the 23rd floor was amazing, plus front desk staff was friendly and very helpful!

Centrally located in the heart of the city with free WiFi services. Pleasant, friendly, ready to assist and experienced staff. Modern and well looked after facilities. Rooms are very neat and excellently maintained. Excellent kitchen with capabilities to cater for different cuisine for its diverse clientele. Safe environment for kids and all. Easy access to the subway and flagship stores, restaurants, offices, etc.

Beautiful room with a full view of the Empire State building. Room was nicely renovated, and beds comfortable. Best of all, the service was spectacular. Front desk staff was so on point, it felt like I was coming home to a full service condo building.

Professionals stay away. I've come to appreciate residence inn as a nice home away from home when I am working in different cities (from my experiences at other locations in Chicago, Denver, Fairfax, Houston, San Diego, etc.)

However, this hotel is a mad house. It is loud and chaotic, employees at the front desk are stressed out, rude and impatient. I did not feel valued as a Marriott platinum member. I assumed this was due to the busy location, until I had a much more pleasant experience at courtyard a block away. The elevator is very slow during peak times in the morning which wasn't helped by one being out of service on a day that I had an important meeting to make.

I'm still giving an least 3 stars as this is a good place for tourists and families visiting new york, and the breakfast and restaurant are both high quality and well done. This is just not a place where staying long term for work is an option for me due to the annoyances. I will not return.

My wife and I had such a great 3 night stay here, It was our first visit to New York. We were in town while attending a Google Partners meeting but we wanted to be closer to times square so we stayed here. I loved our room it was like a mini apartment and had everything we needed. It was very clean and the bed was actually comfortable unlike other hotels. Even though we were hundreds of miles away it felt like a mini home. I will gladly come back here for next years meeting.

Great location just minutes away from Times Square, Empire state building etc. Good eating options nearby. Also hotel is close to metro stations. Rooms are comfortable and the kitchen facility is handy; thought there is no hot plate or gas stove but only a microwave. So many pots and pans provided are not usable. The breakfast spread is great and food is awesome. It gives you a perfect start to your day in the morning.

This is an excellent superb hotel!!! Very clean, no noise, just SUPERB !!! great location, at a great rate too !!

Rooms are decent size, enough for kids to even move around. Kitchenette is amazing with up to date things.

It doesn't take long for me to like a hotel just give me 1 day and I will give my view, no matter what the hotel does after, If the first day was horrible, the rest of other days will be miserable and this hotel has DELIVERED!!!! THE BEST !!!! in ONE DAY !!!
I checked out today 5/29 and I could not wait to praise them. I even asked them for a place to write how good I felt about staying in the hotel with my two kids. From the moment, we walked in and checked in, all was easy and professionalto going into our room. No street noise whatsoever, we slept like babies we ended up clogging the toilet and we called maintenance, he came in less than 2 min as if he was assigned to only my room !! I love it !! Problem was fixed quick. Breakfast was amazing, variety of things !!! Even my child said there is so much food, and I couldn't think of what to choose we checked out and our belongings was put in storage by a very nice gentlemen too, very professional. Our car was brought to us, quick and professionally checking if my ticket number matched with the one the valet had. As I said, walking out I asked where can I comment about this SUPERB place ??? because I loved it they would send me an email so I can give them a10 star if I have to !!! To all personnel !!!but until then, i will place my review here.

The room was perfect and cozy and made me feel clean, safe, and at home. Both the regular bed and the pull out from the couch we're surprisingly cofortable. The hotel was beautiful and welcoming after a late night out. Best of all it was less than a mile away from anywhere we wanted to go. I really feel like this is a great place to stay, the view was tremendous at night and in the morning and it has a kitchen and laundry facilities for long stays. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

I stayed one night, at a great rate for NY, then booked a second night when I found out that I needed to stay for another day, and it turned out to be even better! Since I stayed for two nights, but didn't book the second night until later in the day, I had already checked out of the first room so I got to see a second room at the same hotel. It was exactly the same. Very clean. Great bed. Lots of power. Good shower. I was up 24 floors so it was quiet for NY. No desk chair, but a couple of stools which were not particularly good for sitting for a long time. I moved to the couch to work, but that was fine. Two windows was nice! Good view of City. Temperature was perfect. Good stay overall.

Location is close to everything..including train station. Rooms were spacious and clean. Good customer service. Only complaint is the elevatorsthey had 4 but it seems as though only 2 work during peak hours. Took about 20 minutes to get one to go to breakfast. Other than that, the stay was great and I will definitely stay here again.

I stayed with my Guy at this hotel. He reserved a suite which had its own kitchen and sofa. Very clean room, STUNNING view of the Empire State Building. Plus great views of Bryant park. Breakfast was decent and the food area was very clean. Concierge was friendly, and helpful. I like that you have to use your room key to use the elevator and access your room. So anyone just can't walk upstairs in your room. Pretty pricey but worth it for a short stay.

We will soooo be back! My new favorite place and location to stay. Easy to get around. Our bed was dreamy--staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was abundant--easy access to everywhere and quiet streets at night. (We had an issue with our bathroom that was taken care of pretty quickly given the time of night it occurred. )
